我覺得這個酒店衹能住一天，環境服務都很好，但可能是一樓的問題，房屋周圍有水系的原因，在這住了三晚，有兩晚屋裡鬧得都很兇，最後一晚直接就換房了，老鼠都上桌了，屋裡一開始不知道什麼味，後來才知道是老鼠身上的味道，一定不能定園景房，估計直通泳池，或者別墅房會好一些

非常非常棒的入住體驗 衞生很好很乾凈 環境優美 在這裏尤其感謝前台的兩位會中文的男生女生工作人員 非常好 我的護照和泰銖因為一些原因撕碎了 他們很貼心的幫我用膠布貼起來 還有所有的工作人員服務員 都很好很好 餐廳的菠蘿飯也很好吃 下次有機會 還會再來！！！~

我們預訂了別墅，上下兩層非常大，多加了一位成人的飛鷹額，三大一小入住綽綽有餘。樓下私人泳池通向大泳池，樓上還有泡腳的地方，床超級大。 環境是真的超美！哪哪都好看，充滿了泰國風情，喜歡拍照的人兒千萬不要錯過這個美麗的酒店哦！晚上星光確實是這酒店的一大特色😀 其實酒店內部挺大的，我們別墅區出來的泳池衹有我們一家人，很安靜，小朋友玩的超級開心。 酒店有專門的餐廳，味道也很不錯，餐廳也很泰式風格，也是吃早餐的地方，挺不錯的。現在都是歐美人，所以早餐是以西餐為主的，沒有太多適合中國人口味的早餐😅 現在中國人非常少，基本都是歐美人，入住期間在酒店裡也碰不到其他住客，顯得很安靜。

這家酒店真的是布吉酒店天花板.每次來普吉我都要住這家.環境真的一級棒，唯一的遺憾就是這次我訂錯了房型！想要升級直通泳池的房間又沒有！雖然房間比較小但還是很愛…早餐在提升一下多點選擇就堪稱完美了

The hotel by pictures looks nice, but its the surface. Once you enter and check more deeply, you will see what is under the surface. So step by step: Payed my stay with amex black, but still they take 2500 per night as deposit. There are everywhere cctv cams watchin you all the time, all hotel doors are under surveillance without any notice! (Maybe they even have hidden cams in the room too?!) Once you enter the room you smell mold, due to that the AC was most probably never ever cleaned/desinfected. The noise of the AC is so big, we couldnt sleep normally at all. The glass surfaces are dirty, so as the curtains, the room has dust almost everywhere(under the bed its disgusting). The bed has stain marks. The lock of the pool door was not working. The shower has a door towards the pool, which has so big gap on the top and bottom, that the insects come in the room. The rooms sundeck is worn and ugly, the head of the screws (rusty) are out, can cause serious injury to the foot. The garbage bin is dirty and rusty. There is no minibar, just an empty fridge. So basic item like body lotion is missing. On the corridors all the fire extinguisher are missing!!! Breakfast is very very basic, 3 type of the most cheapest fruit, 1 type of pork ham(they dont care about people eating halal food). There is only 1 type of sandwich bread, no fresh bread or baguette. The only type of pastry item is mini croissant. Most of the foods are out of stock, same as drinks too. Refilling is very slow or not happening at all. Hotel is far from beach, restaurants, shops. Hotel has a “shuttle” what is an old tuktuk actually. When we got on, was shocked how dirty, sandy the seats was, plus that the whole tuktuk is rusty and falling apart. At checkout you need to wait until they check your room in case you broke/stole something. As summary, for this money you can get a lot better hotels in the region, with better service. This place is not where you get what you have paid for.

Absolutely stunning hotel! It is definitely worth it to stay in the Baray Villa, it's like a palace. We also loved the pools and swim up bar. There are quite a few drain flies which might need attention.

World class service. Very welcoming kind and sincere staffs. I want to shout out to Pe for her hospitality in making me feel at home and her kindness and sincerity in taking care of my partner when he was injured in an accident outside the hotel. Thanks, Pe! 🙏

Hotel staff very friendly. Beautiful hotel at night time especially with amazing lights everywhere. However, Not value for money. The location is not convenient as it is in the middle, all shops restaurants and beach access are on either end of the beach. Booked my room last minute, so price is quite high. Garden Room is extremely small, toilet and shower you can hardly move around. For the same price you can book a better and bigger room with better facilities and ocean view. Explore your options if you are booking this hotel paying full price.

THE BEST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN!!!! No stone was left unturned with the attention to detail….to the decor, room, pool and staff! A definite must!!!!
