Good to stay here. The locations is close at kata beach walk 10 minutes to the beach. Swimming pool is sea view. Staff is nice and room is clean

I love this hotel. I was a bit sceptical while booking. It’s worth the hype, not very far from the beach, but you need to walk up the mountain on your way back. The breakfast if just ok but the staffs are quite helpful.
The rooms with the jacuzzi pool are really nice. Overall, it’s a good place.

The hotel is nice and really well decorated. Very close to Kata beach, which for me was perfect. Didn't give the location a 5 because it's up a pretty steep hill. I'm OK walking it but it's pretty steep and up a road with no sidewalk. Can be a bit dodgy if you have kids.

I had an incredible stay at the SIS. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good however, the variety wasn’t that big. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The rooms are extremely clean and very comfortable. I had an incident where I was curling my hair and the iron was too hot so it caused the fire alarm to go off. The staff was very quick and arrived within 2minutes. Definitely will visit again

The pool and hotel were stunning. The breakfast was nice and on till 11am. Lots of choice.
Shops and exchange just a 5 min walk away.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s also only a short walk to a few lovely restaurants with amazing sunset views.

5mins drive to the kata beach and night Market. Amazing location and the pool view was wonderful. Had a wonderful stay.

A beautiful design hotel with elegant dining and spa areas. The rooftop view is stunning. However, the noise can easily pass through rooms. I could hear people chatting and their tv from next door. Though wearing earplugs, it’s still very hard to fall asleep at night if your neighbours are still awake.

Everything is good except that they will charge Chinese 80 THB for each extra bottle of water. And if you are not Chinese, water maybe free. We lived for 2 nights, we called the front-desk service to deliver 4 more bottles to the room. They are free at the 1st night. But at the 2nd night when we were back to the hotel and asked for two more bottles of water at the front-desk. They checked our identity and figured out we use Chinese passport, then they discuss and decide to charge us money for the water. In fact, we go down to the familymart to buy 6 bottle of water, it is 50 THB in total. I have to say, think twice before you book when you are a Chinese.
Besides, this hotel is good. The restaurant at the top, the roof-top pool and the Message is great ! The famous local massage brand called Let's Relax is inside the hotel.

Everything is great except that it was located uphill. It's fine if you are taking transportation out. Breakfast was great. Bathroom and toilet was separated, but do note that the glassdoor is not fully sealed from top to bottom.
