This hotel is located in good location at laguna phuket. The room is clean and the staff is good service mind.

Pretty old hotel though the lower room rate justifies what we get. Friendly services overall. Breakfast choice is not great and so is the a la La menu. You will need to go to canal village or drive outside of Laguna for more choices. Very quiet which is a big plus

今次入住：
房間大 適合家庭入住
有小廚房
但今次 18/8/2023 入住 房間廁所天花嚴重漏水，令地面全濕；通知前台， 共催促超過5次， 等了超過一小時， 才有人來維修， 事後酒店更沒有表示任何歉意。

多次入住，優點房間面積大及闊落，衛浴設備及廚具齊全，員工服務態度良好，笑容可親。 酒店佔地範圍廣闊但泳池面積相對太細了點，另池內按摩位置壞掉沒有維修。
自助早餐食物款式不多且除煎蛋外都是凍的，懷疑食物盤下的加熱/保暖壞了，咖啡不錯。望能盡快改善。

位於拉古娜度假村裡麪，相對其他幾家同在度假村的來説更像公寓式酒店.價格相對便宜一些，房間裏有廚房廚具可以常住.離海邊步行還是有些距離的，可以坐酒店的車.不過酒店幾乎沒服務，尤其前台態度很一般.
