Красивый отель на первой линии, красивая территория, чистые бассейны 👌 дали номер на 4 этаже, вид красивый👌 номер чистый и уютный👌 завтраки не брали, ничего не могу сказать! Напротив входа 7/11 очень удобно👌, так же куча всяких кафешек и массажек! до пляжа Сурин 3 мин на мопеде, до найн торна 25 мин на мопеде! В целом хороший отель для спокойного отдыха👌

套房，2張單人床，1張雙人床，我們4人入住，告知房費衹能住3人，需補650元，就可住4人了，奇怪的規定，但人在異鄉，衹能乖乖交錢

Отель для спокойного семейного отдыха (без шума, анимации и т.п). Номера просторные, соответствуют описанию на сайте отеля. Доп.к информации на сайте отеля: ежедневно бесплатно 2 бутылки воды (0,5 литра*2), в номере зонтики от дождя, халаты, тапочки (для комнаты) и шлепанцы (по видимому для прогулок по территории отеля). В отеле спа центр (массаж, сайна и пр.), небольшой фитнес зал и пр... Есть вариант заселения в виллы (рядом с основными зданиями отеля). Там номера еще больше (по размеру), есть гладильная доска, утюг. и т.п. Завтраки хорошие, сытные... Для русскоговорящих - есть прекрасный менеджер Даниель. Всегда поможет с возникшими вопросами... Из особенностей: 1. При заселении необходим депозит (100 USD/EUR). Возвращается при выезде. 2. В настоящее время в отеле продолжается ремонт (части зданий, номеров). Совершенно не мешает отдыху (не замечаешь), но кому то может не понравится. В таком случае в отеле, если я правильно понял, могут предложить альтернативные варианты заселения (в другие отели). 3. Хотя в номерах отеля купить запрещено , к сожалению это не распространяется на курение на балконах номеров. Поэтому если вам попадется курящий сосед, то придется закрывать дверь на балкон. 4 Возможен заказ трансфера от/до аэропорта + в другие места острова. Удобства (питание и пр.): рядом достаточное количество туристических ресторанов на разный вкус, также можете найти рестораны (в том числе и для местных жителей) поблизости по поиску в интернет. Магазин 7/11 напротив отеля.. 3 раза в неделю неподалеку работает "ночной рынок"... Интересно посетить "для колорита" + что-то можно приобрести со скидкой. P.S. Если будете пользоваться вызовом машины через приложение, то учтите возможность конкуренции со стороны многочисленных "taxi service" располагающихся как напротив отеля, так и в других местах на острове. Возможна агрессия не только в отношении воителей, но и в отношении туристов (клиентов отеля).

Das Hotel ist toll. Wenn man ruhe haben möchte ist es echt top. Aber fußläufig sind nur paar Shops und restaurants in der nähe (nur eine kleine straße). Das Meer ist sehr dreckig. Echt schade,viel plastik!

We loved the location- it was a pleasant place to rest on the beach and beside the pool. When we were there guests were mostly older and nice, which contributed to our overall experience of the place- good place to have a quiet rest. Room was really nice, comfortable bed, nice balcony. It is around half hour from the main Patong area, and in the range of 10min you have amazing beach clubs for daily chill or parties- Catch, Maya, Caffe de Moar, and Carole Diem.

I was disappointed by the hotel's apparent lack of consideration, seemingly prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction. I won't be returning, nor will I recommend it to friends. Despite multiple attempts to book a room at this hotel through the Trip website in February, specifically from the 14th to the 20th.I found no availability. When I finally spotted an available slot and promptly made a reservation and payment, I was elated. However, my excitement quickly faded when, a week later, while preparing to book my flights, I realized the booking was mistakenly made for the 14th to the 20th, but in December. In a rush, I reached out to the website seeking assistance in rectifying the error. They indicated that changes and refunds were possible but required the hotel's agreement. It turned out to be a great time to spend New Year's Eve by a beautiful beach with family from all over the world, we set off from France and our family from China. It turned out that the hotel took the money and did not say anything. Next time I won't choose this hotel that only thinks about making money and I don't recommend it. All I can say is that we shouldn't put too much trust in high technology, big data, push information and the service spirit of hotels, they are just insensitive businesses. Originally wanted to reunite with the family over the Spring Festival holiday on the beautiful beaches, we come from all corners of the world there are France and China to meet on the island of Bali, but can only regret to pay double the price. Moving forward, I will reconsider choosing this hotel that seemingly prioritizes monetary gain over customer care. This experience has made me question the reliability of advanced technology, extensive data, promotional information, and the service ethos of hotels, which sometimes appear to prioritize business over sensitivity towards guests.

The room quite big and clean , the staff at the pool very good service.
