sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal; sehr gutes Frühstück; hervorragendes Essen (zB Green Curry Chicken 9; sehr gute Smoothies, faire Preise; die Zimmer und das Bad sind nicht gerade riesig, aber sehr gut ausgestattet; Zimmer sehr einladend hergerichtet, picobello sauber; Wasserdruck der Dusche etwas schwach; wifi mitunter etwas wackelig (mit unfreiwilliger Abmeldung); Balkon sehr schön aber klein; beide Pools in sehr gutem Zustand; laufweite zum herrlichen Strand nur etwa 3 min. Tole Hotellage, schöne Architektur, professionelle Hotelleitung. Value for money sehr gut.

Love everything about my stay in Burasari Phuket. We have been greeted and assisted by a friendly and helpful staff. Excellent in room amenities provided. Ironing facilities is available on request.
Limited Halal certified food available. I can only eat different kind of eggs and bread, fruits and salad.
Overall, the hotel provided high quality service from the day we came through our last day.

My stay at Burasari has been nothing but a pleasure. The hotel is located very nicely, it's only 2-3 minute walk away from the beach, it's right by convinience store, it has a lot of nice restaurants, bars and night markets nearby and it's just far away from the main party street to feel nice and relaxing. We loved the architecture of the hotel and how it had a lot of nature and flower trees near the pool - it made for a very serene and relaxing environment. The hotel's workers were extremely nice and accomodating, always smiling and greeting the guests. We only bought breakfasts at the hotel, but they were very tasty. The only downside was maybe that between the days there wasn't much variety, so the food could get a bit boring. The drinks at the pool bar were very tasty and reasonably priced (especially the Happy Hour deal). Overall, I recommend this hotel. It's great value for the price and we would choose it again for our next trip to Phuket.

The hotel is stunning and the food is excellent. Breakfast was perfect and a large selection of western and Asian dishes available. The room was perfect and amenities were plentiful.
Most of the staff are quite friendly and helpful. Requests were fulfilled quickly.
The location is nice, but it is not on the beach. The beach can be reached by walking down the street and crossing the road.
Upon checkin, the staff at the front desk were not as friendly as I am used to in Thailand. The rest of the time, the staff were very friendly and always smiling.
I will definitely return!

以前に宿泊してとても気に入ったので2度目の利用でした。
特徴的な建物の可愛いホテルです。すれ違うたびにスタッフさんが笑顔で挨拶をしてくれて心地よく過ごせました。
テラスにデイベッドがあってプールが見下ろせるのでそこで何度もお昼寝してしまいました。
蚊が結構いますが、良い香りの蚊よけスプレーをくれます。
パトンビーチへもバングラ通りへも近いのでとても便利な場所です。その分夜中はうるさいですが疲れて寝てしまったのであまり気になりませんでした。
タクシーやトゥクトゥクを拾うのもごはんを探すのも全く苦労しません。
ミニバー付きで歯磨き用の水も用意してくれていてとても親切です。
スパもとても気持ち良くて最高です！
またプーケットへ行く際はお世話になります！

The check in was good and smooth. We were treated with a welcome drink and cold towel. However the room we have requested for was not given to us. But once we gave our feedback it was changed the moment the room was available. Staffs are friendly, rooms are decently clean and well kept.
Best part of all mini bar is absolutely free of charges with daily top up. I will book my next stay with them again. Good privacy.
