住的泳池別墅，首先説優點：游泳池很大，景色很漂亮，電瓶車隨叫隨到。然後必須吐槽：服務真是太差了，而且這家酒店大部分是歐美人，有歧視中國人的嫌疑，完全沒有中文服務，不建議英語不好的夥伴前往。管家一看是中國人就使勁提醒這也不能帶走那也不能帶走，還特意拿了一個房間物品價目表給我看……晚餐點餐更是無語，衹要你説的有那麼一點不流利，他馬上裝作聽不懂。最後必須提醒SPA千萬不要做，一個半小時要900元人民幣，後面去芭東衹要160，做的還更好，酒店的SPA韓國人開的，先要填一堆表格，都算在時間內，感覺被宰了。酒店在山上週邊什麼都沒有，出門都費勁，建議好熱鬧的還是別住了。反正我在峇里島住過很多同價位的酒店，第一次遇見服務這麼差的，不會再入住。對了房間門口有個牌子，不撥好位置，房間都沒人打掃。我們出去一日遊，回來房間沒打掃，東西也沒補。打電話叫人來，人家説下班了不能來。要四瓶水也沒人送，實在無語。酒店有比較低端的房間，早餐和別墅的在一起，所以早餐也不咋地。

ห้องคือดีมาก ราคาโอเคร เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวหรือคู่รัก ห้องออกแบบทันสมัยมีสระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัว พนักงานบริการดี ถึึงจะกว้างมีพื้นที่เยอะแต่ก็มีรถกล์อฟบริการตลอด24ชั่วโมง สำหรับโลเคชั่นอาจจะห่างไกลในตัวเมืองค้อนข้างมากเหมาะสำหรับคนที่มีรถหรือเช่ารถเพราะค่าแท็กซี่แพงมากไปกลับในตัวเมือง 1400 บาท ส่วนหาดที่ใกล้ที่สุดน่าจะประมาณ 15 นาที เป็นโรงแรมที่อยู่บนเขาถ้าใครพักห้องspa จะสามารถเห็นวิวจากบนภูเขาได้สวยมาก แต่สปาในโรงแรมก็ราคาแรงเหมือนโรงแรมทั่วไป ทำเล็บมือเท้า 3000 ส่วนอื่นๆถือว่าดีงามมาก ไว้มีโอกาสจะไปอีกนะคะ ย้ำว่าโรงแรมนี้เหมาะสำหรับคนที่มาHoney moon มากเพราะมีความเป็นส่วนตัว❤️❤️❤️❤️

We absolutely love the Pavilions and will definitely return! We stayed here for one night to celebrate our honeymoon/anniversary since we couldn’t travel due to the pandemic. Special shout-out to Anthony for his warm welcome, tour of the facilities and our pool villa. The team had prepared beautiful decorations, cut fruit and cake on arrival for our celebration.
The location is a little away from the beach but if you want privacy and to be pampered, this is the place to be! Definitely recommend the spa - it is a must!! Our booking included a 1 hour massage which was a very, very pleasant surprise. If you stay at the villa, you will need to call for a buggy to take you around. We had dinner at the Firefly Restaurant and we enjoyed everything and also the live music by the pool!!
We will be back~ thank you for the perfect getaway, Pavilions!!

The hotel is beautiful even the basic rooms are spacious and marvelous the staff were over accommodating and extremely pleasant. Breakfast was amazing the facilities fantastic. It is off the beaten track but perfect to wind down. I would absolutely recommend but being aware you can't really walk to anywhere however they offer a shuttle service daily.

Great service and hospitality from the start of the stay till the end.
Staff were always smiling and helpful, made our stay comfortable and joyful.
Restaurants were superb with room dining easily made available.
