Thavorn did not disappoint. If you’re looking for a very relaxing, quiet getaway, this is your place. The staff was exceptional from greeting us when checking in to serving us drinks at the swim up bar. The two restaurants offer a good variety of food but you will want to get off the resort once and a while and their shuttles to Kamala and Patong are limited. There is a great Thai restaurant a five-minute walk away. The pool is worth staying here alone. It’s huge and never feels busy. We will be back!

My second stay in the hotel is less than satisfactory. The room is a little dark and there are not enough electric sockets to charge cell phones. Staff are helpful but somehow they forget to set wak up calls I requested. Food is ok and can be improved.

Thavorn is like old friend. There is no something new, but good and old service. It was funny to observer that stuff writing your order on paper. I guess it suites for more for elder guests. Any room is good if has terrace.

Beautiful property with nice spacious rooms!
We booked the hillside room with outdoor bathtub and the view was amazing. Please bear in mind that the 'cable car' transport up to the rooms at the hillside area takes some time but this place would be great for couples! NOT recommended for elderly or young children.
The sound of the waves and nature as we relaxed in the room was great. The location is a little far restaurants etc. But using grabfood to get food items was just weirdly effective as we get to try the local dishes from local stores without having to hunt them out. Service was great too! If you'd like to be closer to the sea or beach, I would recommend other hotels like Andamantra which is cheaper but also, beautiful rooms!

This is the best vacation I've ever had! My whole family was being taken good care of by the staff here. We enjoyed our stay here so much. Every staff wears a wonderful smile and makes you feel at home. I love the breakfast and the mini zoo. The animals are so cute and well trained. The resort has a private beach, a pool, a pier. You can also join their yoga and meditation courses. I really want to join the wellness center too but it's a little pricey.
PS: the welcoming drinks are amazingly delicious.
Thank you for everything.
I will definitely come back again.
