I've stayed at this hotel before and I only returned as it is so convenient for the Piacenza Expo. Everything feels a little dated and the rooms look a little tired. The restaurant is expensive and the choices are limited. In fact for decent food just walk around the corner to the local trucker's cafe and get a great meal for half the price of the hotel. Now assuming you're staying here on business be warned that the internet is very unstable. It will drop out multiple times, which is incredibly frustrating if you're trying to work remotely while staying here. On the plus side the staff are friendly and helpful.

As I need to attend an event at Piacenza Expo and I did not want to keep getting taxis between Piacenza town and the Expo I decided to stay here. I should have stunped up for the taxis. The room I had was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The TV worked intermittently and nor were there any tea or coffee facilities. Breakfast was a limited range buffet that felt quite sad and past its best. Evening meals were better but for the prices charged I would hope so.

Was charging my car in the back of the hotel and as I was running late I wanted to ask information about booking a room for the night. I met the rudest ever receptionist who had such an attitude I rum a mile way! Plenty of good hotels with receptionists who have minimal personal skills

Non ho mai visto un hotel peggiore di questo. Per non parlare dello staff maleducatissimo. Non rispondono neppure al saluto. Dovrebbero chiudere sia l’hotel con quelle camere sporche, che il ristorante che serve cibo precotto. Per non parlare della mancanza di sapone e acqua calda in camera. Mai più. Lo sconsiglio vivamente a tutti

Hotel 4 stelle, ma forse un po’ datato. Necessaria una rinfrescata delle camere. Colazione a buffet da rivedere per qualità e quantità prodotti offerti. Personale cordiale, hotel molto pulito situato in una zona di Piacenza, a mio avviso pessima, ma comoda per l’autostrada.

Hotel un po' scarso colazione scarsissima. Doccia senza acqua calda .insomma hotel da evitare in tutto e per tutto.personale scortese. L'unica cosa positiva le stanze grande. Troppo deodorante nelle stanze . hotel da 2 stelle non di più .

Ho soggiornato una sola notte, la struttura, si trvoca presso l'area Expo di Piacenza, dove dovevo recarmi per una prova concorsuale. La struttura è abbastanza carina e le camere pulite e spaziose. Si dorme tranquillamente. Ho anche usufruito della cena in Hotel, mezza pensione mangiando un primo e un secondo con contorno e acqua ad un ottimo prezzo. La colazione per quanto riguarda il dolce molto mediocre, direi di migliorarla. Sul personale non mi soffermo, ma sarebbe stata gradita più professionalità, specialmente dalla receptionist.
