Arrived at 2.45 pm, no one at the hotel, door locked, no phone number. What do you do?
Later a woman from a restaurant, came and called the owners, she was able to get in and gave me the room keys.
No elevator - woman’s comment: “You are lucky to be only 1 floor up”…. Sure, so lucky to be in France with its world known famous customer service…
“Free Parking” is a “public” parking located 150 meter /500 ft away, no security - and also very convenient for the luggages…
Internet was public - fair service.
Some time the owner was nice (usually asking if I wanted to eat breakfast or dinner), sometime distant.

Accueil très chaleureux pour une nuit étape pour notre famille de 5, des chambres simples mais bien organisées avec Clim. Petit déjeuner copieux avec pain frais et croissants, et surtout une extrême gentillesse de l’accueil qui fait tout pour rendre service et vous rendre le séjour le plus facile et agréable possible! Allez y sans hésiter

Chambre petite mais suffisante, literie de bonne qualité….. mais la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer (toilettes, rideau de douche…) La propriétaire a été réactive après notre remarque. Idéalement placé au sein du village de Pierrefeu.

La responsable de l'hôtel est tout simplement au petit soin pour ses clients, un très bon accueil, la chambre était très agréable et la literie très confortable, le petit déjeuner bien fourni. Bref je recommande vivement.

Il est dommage que l'escalier qui descend directement a la salle de restaurant ait ete condamné et que l'on soit obligé de descendre par la rue extérieure..Sinon la cuisine est digne d'un restaurant gastronomique
