Anlage sehr gepflegt, Wohnung sauber, Aussicht aufs Meer toll!! Personal sehr freundlich!! Der Weg von der Stadt zur Residence sehr, sehr steil. Pool war mir zu kalt. Badekappenpflicht im Pool etwas seltsam und dass man für die bequemen Sonnenliegen zahlen muss ist nervig. Aber unterm Strich super Anlage!

Endroit très sympa en famille, logement pour 4 à 6 pers avec belle espace privée en rdv, sans vis à vis. Garage possible en sus. Piscine chaude, chaise longues pour tous et transats en sup possible. Le service pour avoir du pain pain tous le matin est parfait. Lieux propres, accueil très sympa parlé français et toujours souriant. Suggestion dommage que la réservation pour la plage ne soit pas proposée à l avance car tôt était complet donc 15 jours de piscine…

Appartamento Plus molto molto confortevole e pulito e soprattutto caldo. Il contesto del Residence è molto curato con fioriture anche in questa stagione. Resta un po' fuori dal centro, con un qualche salita da percorrere (in alternativa agli scalini), ma poi offre una vista stupenda sul centro storico e sul mare di Pietra Ligure. Siamo stati accolti con grande empatia ed ogni nostra richiesta è stata sollecitamente esaudita. Abbiamo iniziato l'anno nuovo circondati dalle vostre attenzioni. Grazie.

Enorm achterstallig, vies en kapotte meubels. Zeezicht amper te zien op het minuscule balkon waar je net met 2 personen kan zitten. Als je net een vermogen hebt afgetikt voor het appartement kan je ook nog extra betalen voor je ligstoel bij het zwembad en voor een badmuts.

Grande résidence de plus de 80 appartements bien située. Appartement donnant sur la rue donc bruyant sur la terrasse mais fenêtres avec double vitrage. Mauvaise isolation phonique intérieure. Meubles vieillissants. Moustiques très présents. Louer de préférence un appartement premium pour bénéficier de la clim et d'un parasol sur la terrasse. 2 parking gratuits mais non fermés donc peu de place. Des places fermées mais payantes 7€ par jour. Laverie pour le linge personnel disponible uniquement sur réservation. Personnel gentil.

Residence très bien située sur les hauteurs de pietra ligure, village agréable avec restaurants et magasins sympa Appartement un peu vieillot, pas toujours bien entretenu avec petites choses à améliorer, lampe manquante, douche étroite, porte défectueuse mais la grande terrasse avec vue sur le village et la mer sauvent le tout Lit confortable et situation calme Personnel très aimable et accueillant Piscines et jardins très agréables Donc à recommander
