I was charged twice for the stay. I was charged upon checking in, even though the booking was prepaid. Front desk staff was not appropriately trained with normal procedures and resulted in the duplicate charged. I had to make several phone calls to different people to resolve this. This resulted in precious vacation time loss and unnecessary stress.

The hotel was the best we have stayed at in a while, conveniently located to the main road and Dollywood. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast and the social hour was plentiful and delicious.

This was a stay on a whim, but what a beautiful property, wished we could stay longer! My friends and I decided to come a day early and needed a hotel. I chose this and was grateful I did! They had a wonderful breakfast spread, too! It's seasonally decorated for Christmas now as well!

My expectations were low for Pidgeon Forge and this hotel exceeded my wildest dreams for this trip. We stayed 2 nights at this new hotel in one of the 2 bedroom suites and I can't say enough good things about it. EVERYTHING was immaculately clean from our room to the lobby. The breakfast was amazing even when we rolled in at the last minute. The outdoor breakfast area was beautiful and peaceful with rocking chairs to enjoy the mountain view. The front desk staff was always friendly and professional. They seem to really take pride in the place. My favorite things were the awesome blackout curtains, healthy breakfast options, fireplace in the lobby, comphy beds, and clean, fresh decor, and bedroom balcony sitting area. My only recommendation for improvement is to add luggage racks in the rooms.

The most welcoming pleasant hotel I have stayed in. From Frank and the front desk staff to Elijah in maintenance to the 2 young ladies in the breakfast area they greeted my family with smiles and no request went unanswered. Stay was so good ended up staying an extra night. The con is the parking lot gets full quickly as it seems this hotel is very popular. Also the Mountain View rooms have the most breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains. Also loved that the breakfast area was on the top floor so eating breakfast watching the sunrise over the mountains was mesmerizing. If you wanted to be treated as if you’re King Jaffy Joe from Coming to America in the Waldorf Astoria for a better rate definitely stay here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Such a nice facility. Our room was very modern, which is our taste. The location is absolutely perfect. Very convenient to restaurant’s, shops and DollyWood. The view provided Mountains and a beautiful landscape. They also offer a beautiful pool designed for children and adults. I really enjoyed the weight room. Lots of equipment for men and women. We brought our electric bikes and the hotel provided us with our own storage unit for our bikes. It was a very pleasant experience for us. We will definitely book again…😊

The hotel is a great location if you don’t want to be in the hustle/bustle of things but it’s not far at all which I loved. It’s only like a 2min drive from Piegon Ford Attractions and only 10mins from Gatlinburg. Will definitely stay here when I come back!! Absolutely loved it and the view of the mountains
