This was our first time staying here and we loved it. Staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel was very nice and clean. Room was absolutely amazing for our group of 6. We had plenty of room for comfort and the cleanliness of the room was top notch. Plenty of outlets for charging your electronics. Beds were super comfy. There was a TV in the main area as well as in both additional bedrooms so everyone could watch whatever they wanted. The view for me was my favorite part. We most definitely will be staying here again.

It’s a condo style resort. The room is very clean, quiet and updated. Good room rate. Great location. The island in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, grocery store and Five Oaks riding stable are all within a few miles. Very good experience staying in the RiverStone resort.

Was unable to book a couples massage at check in; the schedule was full. I didn't think to inquire about it when I book the stay.

There is only 1 vending machine on entire property and it didn’t work. We were upgraded to a spectacular 2 bedroom condo. Clean resort, very convenient to Pigeon Forge.

The rooms are a great size, and the whole unit was beautifully decorated. So close to Dollywood too. We will definitely be back.

This was our first stay at the Riverstone resort, it was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed there previously. This time our room exceeded expectations. Only minor complaint was who/whatever scent was in the bath room was overpowering and not pleasant. Enjoyed everything else to including the pool.

The comdo is great, furnishings are really nice and clean. Great views of Golf course and town areas. Indoor pool is great for wintertime. We will be going back to this resort in the future.

This was the best stay we have ever had in Pigeon Forge. The place was amazing and the experience was so nice!! Can’t wait to go back. We will always try to stay here from now on.
