Very friendly staff, bottomless coffee, light breakfast fare, hot donuts. Very laid back and enjoyable.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel right in the action. The pool is heated and open all the time! The office had free popcorn, coffee, tea & hot chocolate; cookies; oatmeal and Krispy Kreme donuts.

I have absolutely no complaints. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly. The room was very clean. At first I was skeptical thinking the bed was going to be uncomfortable, but I ended up sleeping like a baby. It’s in a perfect location? I will definitely stay here again.

Lobby area isn't really a lobby. Checking out there were older gentleman that were just sitting in there talking to I guess the owner/manager taking up the little space they do have in what they call a lobby.

Wonderful staff, and closer to the LeConte center than some of the center's own parking thanks to the footbridge across the river.

Easy access to the main road. Cleanliness, closed to near by attractions and restaurants. Check in was easy. I made a mistake on my reservation and they helped me. Simple Breakfast oatmeal bags, hot coffee, cookies, doughnuts. At night, can grab same items plus popcorn.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel and staff! From the moment of booking until arrival, they keep in touch with you for any changes you may have. Fast and friendly check-in. House keeping is excellent. Rooms are extremely clean. The location is the best to me! You're within walking distance to restaurants, activities and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again in the near future.

I was pleasently surprised by this motel. The staff were so nice at check‐in. The rooms were cozy and very clean. My only con is that the doors need new locks. It was impossible to lock my door from the outside using the key. But all-in-all this would definitely be somewherre i would stay again.

Property and room were clean. Enjoyed the rocking chair outside the room, even though it was cold outside. The staff were very friendly and the fresh coffee 24/7 was nice. Enjoyed dinner at the BBQ place next door.
