The property is good, but upkeep is not proper and lacks hygiene and amenities. After eating the limited item free breakfast, my wife contracted stomach infection and even today recovering slowly.

Worth for the money. Place and food is also good and hygiene. But room size is small overall satisfied with the stay in casa de patio

Stayed for 4 nights and the stay was really comfortable. Welcoming staff, all the requirements attended on time. Good breakfast, though the menu can curated more healthier (skip the fried stuff and add an alternative. Rooms are air conditioned and pretty descent for the money though they can work on the wall patches to make them look more appealing. Also, please do add a mirror to the rooms that don’t have one. Hotel location is nearby to head on easily towards panjim or north goa beaches. Has a small pool good for relaxing on a sunny noon. Recommend for family and couples. Coming again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the rooms were exceptionally clean, and the view of the greenery from my window was so refreshing. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I also enjoyed spending time by the well-maintained pool, and parking was convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making the experience even better.

We had an absolutely amazing time at casa de patio. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.
