The hotel is amazing. Personnel is friendly, skiing great, and management will stop at nothing to make you feel special. Rooms are pristine, linens are of excelence and your every need is of the matter to the people working. Congratulations!

Excellent infrastructure, amenities and specially, services! Me and my family had great times and strongly recommend the hotel. Ski in/ski out is a plus! We were very carefully treated by the staff, with special mention to Ana and Camila. We'll be back for sure.

Service team work hard to please their guests! Amazing! The room is great , renovated and all ski lifts are wonderfull. The views are so madly beutiful! Their team work hard to please kids too, the guarderia is lovely!!

The dinner is EXACTLY the same food of the lunch - REHEATED! TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Same stale bread and soggy pasta. The hotel is expensive, so we waited for, at least, a regular quality: you'd better stay at home.

Extraordinario hotel "todo incluido"...con precios "internacionales"... Las instalaciones son realmente de categoría superior, en un paisaje de montaña muy bonito Lamentablemente el nombre del hotel (TERMAS Chillan) no coincide con un establecimiento termal pues sus aguas NO lo son

Increible hotel, completamente renovado con una Gastronomia a otro nivel. Actividades e instalaciones para todas la edades. Un hotel muy completo, de alto estandar en todo sentido. Se puede disfrutar tanto en verano como invierno con muchisimas actividades.

Es temporada baja en el hotel... exquisito sentir el hotel solo para nosotros jejeje. el paisaje hermoso, me encantó, las actividades para niños también lo destaco, y en general todos muy amables en la atención. Lo único q no me gusto fue q cerraran la cocina y la cafetería muy temprano.

Excelente hotel ubicado en un entorno maravilloso donde se encuentra mucha paz y tranquilidad, rodeado de una exuberante naturaleza, como volcanes nevados y bosques frondosos. Muy buena atención, quizás un poco colapsado por ser año nuevo. Personal muy amable como Andrés con sus bellas melodías a la hora de la cena, Wilkins en el bar, Melissa encargada de nuestra mesa. El hotel cuenta con excelentes instalaciones cómo piscina temperada interior y exterior, sala entretencion para niños, grandes salones, spa etc, etc. En resumen excelente lugar para visitar invierno y verano.

Fuimos a un programa de 4 días para pasar el año nuevo. Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. Todo el personal del hotel, es altamente amigable y atento a los requerimientos de los visitantes. El buffet de comidas muy rico y variado. Nosotros somos vegetarianos y el coordinador estuvo pendiente de tener opciones para nosotros. Los postres hermosos y ricos. Había leche vegetal disponible también. Piezas cómodas, rica cama, tanto la vista Bosque como la vista Montaña son maravillosas. La decoración del Hotel es de muy buen gusto, integrando la naturaleza del sur de Chile en cada aspecto. Las instalaciones del Spa son espectaculares. En el día de año nuevo el hotel estaba a su máxima capacidad, y el servicio fue un poco lento especialmente un par de oportunidades en el bar. Sin embargo el resto de los días estuvo bien. El Hotel además ofrece actividades de trekking para adultos, y para niños, pero hay que inscribirse con anticipación, ya que los cupos son limitados. Volveremos de todas maneras!! Una belleza para visitar tanto en invierno como en verano.
