I booked this for a business trip, out of convenience to be able to walk to my office. Facilities were decent. I did not interact with hotel staff very much, but those interactions were pleasant. Room itself felt a bit dated, but served its purpose.

Valet was chaotic and sloppy. My room had 2 refrigerators (1 was broken) and no microwave. We went to use the pool and were told we can’t because it was over capacity. We were given a handicap room therefore we couldn’t use the bathtub due to the chair being in there (also broken and rusted). Our check in time was supposed to be 4pm and when we called asking if we could check in possibly around
2pm I was also told our check in time was pushed back to 5pm. We will not be staying there again.

The room was clean but the room temp was set too hot. The hair dryer was missing, had to call front desk for one. The towel rack & handle on nightstand fell off. Great location for the event we were attending.
