I booked this for a business trip, out of convenience to be able to walk to my office. Facilities were decent. I did not interact with hotel staff very much, but those interactions were pleasant. Room itself felt a bit dated, but served its purpose.

This is a great place to stay, especially if attending an event at PPG Paints Arena (it is only a couple minutes walk away) or anywhere in the downtown area.

The property wasa clean and safe. It lacked contemporary decor. The breakfast was poor and costly. Had to request cleaning service for every day of stay. The staff were very courteous especially Kelly! I would stay there again but must say, they were overpriced for a barebones hotel!
