Location was great. Hotel was nice and clean. Service was better than good. Strange layout for a hotel. I was quoted one night for $112 by Trip.com and yet was billed $161. How does that work?

The room was clean and had great amenities. The furnishings were modern and the lobby provided a unique vibe. All in all this place was wonderful.

I booked for a bedroom with city view… but this hotel doesn’t have such bedroom. I called to the manager to ask him why if I paid for a bedroom with city view I didn’t get it… His answer was “If the bedroom has a window to the street, that is city view” what??? Really it was disappointing.
I will stay never again in this hotel.

During my recent visit to this hotel last month, I was encountered with the front desk who was rude, ******, clearly uneducated, and just a pathetic example of a human being.
Not a very fun experience and will never come back to this establishment again. I have filed a formal complaint with the hotel management and also IHG group, who did resolve it in the end, but nonetheless, they should hire professionals who know what it means to be in the hospitality industry.

Cozy hotel…
Great location.., it’s close market square.
There’s a Burlington and a CVS around (two blocks away).
Good breakfast as well.

乾淨衞生，房間比較大，地理位置很好。正好碰到的實習生，收費多收了，回來後攜程給要回退款了。

酒店本身不錯，位置在市中心，步行周邊遊覽吃飯都很方便。停車可以停馬路對面停車樓，但酒店代收要30美元一天過夜，停車場標價過夜是28美元，但第2天走的時候衹收了我12美元，建議大家直接跟停車場結。 另外訂房時説是含早餐，但最終生成的訂單不含早餐，希望攜程這方面能夠一致。
