What a lovely place and perfect setting for a magical wedding. We stayed for 3 nights for a friends wedding and it was perfect from start to finish. The service was outstanding and professional. The food at every meal was great. There was an extensive choice at breakfast choice and it was difficult to make a decision. Would recommend..an idyllic location.

As soon as you arrive you realise that this is a special spot and it does not fail to deliver. An excellent hotel, with friendly, kind hearted staff, beautiful grounds, comfortable beds and brilliant food. We had an incredible week here in April with our 3 children and will be back for sure. My daughter recently held her wedding at this amazing venue and we were able to stay for the weekend there to. and what a weekend it was. There were 22 of us staying there split, by choice, between the main building and the building over the road. Guests in both parts were very pleased with their rooms. The other side is more modern but so tranquil with its gorgeous pool with mountain views. The main building is more traditional but of a very high standard furnishings wise and has a very authentic feel about it. Our ground floor terrace rooms were fantastic, with sunbeds right outside which meant we could socialise with other family in neighbouring rooms. The beautiful courtyard, spacious outdoor restaurant to watch the sunset, 2 beautiful pools that had plenty of sunbeds free just adds to the plus list for this hotel. The food throughout, including the wedding was just excellent. The breakfast which we took outside were amazing with everything you could ask for along side your cooked requests. The actual wedding day was fantastic form start to finish , the most romantic setting you could wish for. But I have to say the biggest asset of this hotel is the staff. Tessy and Ramon did an amazing job at the helm but each and every staff member we encountered were just amazing . From breakfast to the barmen at 1am were just outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them and as someone else had mentioned in a review they actually felt like family. Sometime they were wearing many hats but always with a smile and time to chat. One of our guests were taken ill and the reception ladies were there throughout to sort out what needed to be done. Fortunately all turned out fine but the reassurance of their help and understand really did make a difference. It was the perfect weekend and we just want to say thankyou to them all for making it such. If your looking to arrange a special event or want a top quality , authentic property with amazing service then definitely give Casal a go, you wont be disappointed.

Eins vorweg - wir haben die Anlage aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht. Da wir Ende April gebucht haben, wollten wir ein Hotel mit Spa. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und urig schön. Schöne große Zimmer und sehr gutes Frühstück. 2 Aussenpools, die wir aufgrund der niedrigen Temperaturen nicht nutzen konnten, eine Tennisanlage. Spa Bereich sehr klein man muss sich immer anmelden und kann die Anlage nur für eine Stunde nutzen. Spa besteht aus einer alten Sauna und einen Pool. Fitness Raum sehr klein mit einer alten teilweise kaputten Ausstattung. Im Internet wird es aber ganz anders angepriesen. Nun zum Restaurant… es wurde uns eine kleine Menü Karte vorgestellt, a la carte gab es nichts oder man musste einen Tag vorher bestellen. So was haben wir in einem 4 Sterne Haus noch nie erlebt . Insgesamt leider sehr enttäuschend, wir werden nicht mehr kommen .

Una sorpresa muy pero que muy agradable. Muy buenas instalaciones. Poca gente y muchísima tranquilidad. Personal muy simpático y atento. Comida para el almuerzo muy bien y a buen precio. Precio del día completo muy razonable. Totalmente recomendable. Para volver

Es un extraordinario lugar de Mallorca, aún no muy conocido. Unas magníficas instalaciones; un personal y servicio muy atento; un sinfín de detalles; un bufet de desayuno excelente por variedad y calidad; un restaurante de gran calidad; una buena relación calidad -precio; tranquilidad y privacidad convierten a este hotel en un sitio a visitar por lo menos una vez al año. En el interior de la isla, te permite llegar con facilidad a muchos rincones idílicos. ¡Es muy recomendable!

Hotel de 4 estrellas con ambiente rústico y decoración maravillosa. Buenas piscinas y spa. El mejor desayuno del mundo. Buen restaurante si no quieres salir. Cama muy cómoda y baño amplio. Personal muy simpático. Ideal para bodas y eventos de empresa.

Séjour en famille au calme dans un merveilleux château. Chambres rénovées avec goût à l’écart du bâtiment principal. Terrasse avec une vue magnifique Piscine à quelques pas . Petit déjeuner et Dîner variés avec des produits locaux. Le personnel est aux petits soins
