We always enjoy the stay here. It is clean and quiet. It is nearby all shopping and activities .

I asked for a battery charge. They show me more them 5 that would work for me. But they refuse to lend me. It was a shame!

Staff was incredibly friendly and warm, very quick check in. Everything in the room was in order, neat and clean. The shower was very hot and had high water pressure. Although no hot tub the pool is heated. The breakfast buffet included a gluten free muffin (sealed) which was a pleasant surprise since my family members are celiac. There was a bridge so we could walk over to a shopping center that had multiple vendors. Every time we come to the Dallas area this will be our hotel.

Very clean and spacious hotel. Breakfast is included and very good with plenty of food options including make your own waffles!! Rooms are large and plenty of store, restaurants and shopping options nearby!

Wonderful hotel at a reasonable price. Breakfast was very good, coffee for guests all day, clean, spacious rooms so you don’t feel cramped. Nothing broken or out of place. Very clean. Friendly staff. Solid choice. We ended up extending and staying an extra night!

Excellent stay! Everything was clean, including the pool. Breakfast was delicious and loved all the options. Friendly and welcoming staff as well. Would definitely be back!

The location is close to more than 30 places to eat and close to large scale shopping in case you forget something. The rooms were large, up to date and clean with extremely helpful staff. The pool was inside and clean along with the gym. The restaurant and bar had a large selection and were nice as well.

Everything was fairly good with 1 exception. The sofa bed had dirty bedding on it . But the staff quickly solved that problem... The walls are thin so i couldn't play my relaxing music. Beds were comfortable and clean

The hotel was great for a softball tournament. Nice big rooms. Plenty of common area for the players to hang out. The on-site snacks and bar were very convenient. The one improvement the hotel could make would be having breakfast (or at least coffee) available a little earlier. The hours were posted, so we weren’t surprised, but a bite to eat or a cup of coffee on the way to an early game would have been wonderful.
