It was one of the cheapest, so you get what you pay for,
There is only one elevator, which is quite odd for this size of hotel building, and so long waiting time. The elevator can be cleaned much better. Again, generally OK.
Breakfast is ok.

Check in was easy and the front desk was friendly. The rooms were clean. I had 2 different rooms and both were clean.

The floor joist in our ceiling and the floor up above us constantly squeaked when any moved. The traffic noise off George Bush was really loud. Shower curtain was ripped and wouldn't stay closed.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and it smelled so good in the lobby area. Only thing I didn’t like was the toilet was too low.. other than that I love the stay.

hallway lobby and room smell like wet dirty carpet. room had mold and bathroom they tried to paint over it.

Ricky was awesome He has great customer service..The bedroom microwave was not good it burn our popcorn.No liner on shower.the workers were friendly.Area for pet ppl should pick up after their dogs.Overall place was good.

This hotel has comfortable beds, hot breakfast, big TV, hot tub, and exercise room. It's a very comfortable place to stay. A good central location. The people at the front desk were very nice.

Check in/out was quick. The room was clean and larger than expected. Two complaints: the room had a strange smell that hit us as we walked in. I don’t know what it was. And the air conditioner was so loud when on. When it was on the room temp was good, almost as soon as it shut off the room got hot.
