Location was great, size if room was nice. Was given a roo. With a big orange stain in the carpet. The TV for the size of the room was extremely small. When booking I called to see if the breakfast was hot was yes.....there was limited coffee....hard muffins and juice. Bathroom. For location of hotel and size of room was small. Shower curtain had stains on it.

3.5***The staff is very helpful. We had room 310, clean, big room, furniture ok, 2 tv’s, but the mattress and pillows need to be replaced. The breakfast is basic, nothing fancy. Located near a mall with a small foodcourt.

There were many cockroaches in the room and in the living room where they also had breakfast, the room had an unpleasant smell.

The surrounding especially the pool was clean. I did like the fact that the room was cleaned after every 3 days

Stayed for over a week for business and had an amazing experience check in to check out. Rooms were very clean and well staged and made me feel right at ease. Would definitely stay again

The sheets and towels seemed clean but there were things like balls of human hair in the corners and the window above the AC had an inch of dust on it . Something a vacuum would have cleaned easily. The common areas where kind of dirty. Just a little more attention to detail of the cleaning staff I think.

Navigating the TV trying to find and access channels was challenging without any instructions. Tissue box was almost empty on arrival. The breakfast buffet was excellent and late afternoon staff was excellent.
