I recommend this hotel. The rooms are super cosy and sparkling clean. The pillows are perfect and the blankets are super soft. The bathroom look newly renovated and is modern. The restaurant area has a good light, it’s like a sunroom.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und das Hotel ist klein aber fein. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und man kann auf den Betten sehr gut schlafen. Der Eingang in das Hotel ist über einen Pin möglich. Das Frühstück ist mit einer guter Auswahl an Speisen. Von hier aus kann man zu Fuß gut die schöne Stadt Plauen erkunden.

Langwieriger Check-in Prozeß am Automaten, kleines Zimmer, winziges Bett noch dazu an die Mauer gestellt, wodurch die Bewegungsfreiheit noch weiter eingeschränkt ist, Die Deckenbeleuchtung hat keinen Lampenschirm, Kabel hängen frei, Die Armlehne des Stuhls ist kaputt. Um zum WC im Badezimmer zu gelangen, muß man sich quasi einfädeln. Die Rezeption ist praktisch nicht vorhanden.

Bei der Ankunft hatte ich Probleme meinen Ausweis am Self Check in zu scannen und der Inhaber des Hotels kam sofort herbei um mir zu helfen Sehr herzlicher Empfang und er hat uns direkt auf unser Zimmer geführt also alles so gut wie es sein kann
