Y ayant séjourné il y a deux ans la crise est vraiment passée par la surtout au niveau restauration .
L’hôtel accueil 80 % de tourismes Allemand qui mange saucisses lard œufs fayots sauce tomate ect au petit déjeuné et qui ne sont pas présent au déjeuné qui lui ressemble a un repas de cantine vraiment moyen, plats sans cesse recycles déserts sur 15 jours toujours les mêmes gâteaux et tartes servis encore congelés crème dessert au nombre de 6 ou 8 pour 300 personnes. le soupé n'est pas mieux . Je ne conseil vraiment pas a fuir même a moins d'aimer la nouriture bas de gamme et repetitive

We booked this last minute for some much needed winter sun. Lovely hotel with extremely friendly staff. The room was lovely and large and very clean. We were in room 504 which was on the ground floor with a large patio and stunning views towards Fuerteventura. There were 2 large pools and a baby pool. The smaller of the 2 pools was heated and pleasant to use. The other one was unheated and freezing. There were plenty of sun beds around the pool, but as it was the beginning of January it was pretty quiet, We were extremely lucky with the weather. It was hot and sunny all day with average temperatures off about 22/23 degrees. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the lack of choice of food. The food was tasty but not enough choice and variety. We ate out 1 night as it was my birthday at Mamma Rossa on the seafront. It was amazing and I highly recommend it. We walked here which took around 30 mins and then took a taxi back which was €5 There is an excellent local bus service that runs every 30 mins and costs a flat fare of €1.40. Ideal for going to Marina Rubicón which is well worth a visit. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend the Alyssa Suites and can’t wait to return.

Very clean complex. Staff good. Rooms excellent. Sea views from some. Pools and bar good. Restaurant !!. Breakfast very good. Lunch inadeqauate better off with burger or toastie from pool bar. Evening meal no better. Would have expected better from four star. Plenty of choice but not good. Hot food section poor. Having said that the veiws from outside terrace brilliant.

What a wonderful hotel , spotlessly clean , rooms are like little studios with great balconies if you don't want pool area , that had loads of sunbeds . Lovely bar for evening and day time drinks , entertainment is OK just a pub singer , Elizabeth the animation girl was lovely . Food wise the best I have had in an all inclusive . Will defiantly return Hotel is a bit out of the way but 4 to 5 euros in a taxi takes you to town . Walking is great to a climb up the volcano behind is a must for views. Staff are great all pleasant and helpful

The hotel is beautiful, the whole area is well kept and super clean, the facility is a quiet oasis for a relaxing holiday. The staff is friendly and helpful, Elizabeth is a great addition to the hotel, she makes sure that everyone is enjoying the activities, the aqua aerobics and the quiz show were so much fun. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

We were pleased overall and this was our second visit in 4 months, but we were disappointed to be fobbed off by the chap on reception telling us all the Hotels had a problem with TV not using g English language, we’ve stayed at 4 different hotels in playa Blanca over the last 12 months and they all had English TV!! The rooms are clean the staff are friendly nice hotel in all aspects

The accommodation was excellent as were the staff. Food was ok on most days - plenty to choose from and generally very tasty. The pools were great too. However, the bar facilities were not so good. During the day, there was a pool bar and in the evenings it became the main bar for drinks and entertainment. However, the floor and tables were like glue having had slushy drinks and soft drinks spilt during the day. In addition, it acted as a snack bar until 5,00pm so you can imagine, food debris was present too. The staff did their best to keep it as clean and tidy as possible but being in constant use, they were fighting a losing battle. There was a small lobby bar but this didn’t open until 9.00pm. The solution? Build a new bar for evening use only. Finally, the WiFi was average at best. Overall we had a good holiday and I feel sad that I could not give this place five stars as there was so much that was positive about the hotel. Some key changes would make it a top location.

We booked Labranda as we have had excellent stays in other hotels in this group. But sadly Alyssa Suite is not up to their standards. There is only one bar open before 9pm and people queuing for 30 mins to get a drink. I often believe Food reviews are a personal preference but if it’s served cold it’s not acceptable. We saw food being put out ready for service 20 mins before the restaurant was open. We did express our concerns to our holiday rep but were told there was a staff shortage on the island. I don’t feel this was a reasonable answer as the hotel had plenty of staff. We paid extra for All inclusive Plus, but this was a waste of money. Premium drinks were being served to all guests, towels were not charged to anyone, and there was no safe deposit so all we gained was use of a robe & slippers!! Sadly we won’t be returning to Alyssa suite, and wouldn’t recommend it to friends or family.
