Second time here, we will be back next year. We enjoyed it, everyone was very nice and helpfully. Everything at the resort was very clean. Natalia and Miriam at the poolbar were super friendly and take good care for the babyfood. Till next year

Just returned home after a weeks stay at the MYND Yaiza. One of the best hotels we have stayed at as it offers a flexibility that others don’t. We found the 27E per person per day excellent value for money. As we went out for dinner one evening our daily credit rolled over and this meant that for the remainder of our week we had six evening meals and drinks without having to pay any extra when we checked out. After a Long day travelling we found the check in procedure complicated but a receptionist helped us out. Our room was comfortable and we had no problems with the opaque glass door fitted to the bathroom entrance. If anyone found this embarrassing there are plenty of toilets around the hotel grounds. The swimming pools were cold to get in but we managed to swim once a day. What we really appreciated was the lack of disco music around the Relax Area pool. So pleasant to lie and relax without the annoyance of noise. Breakfast was provided by a generous buffet with choices of hot or cold. Bacon, eggs, toast, cereals, fruit, rolls, cheeses and cooked meats. Best hotel breakfast we have had for some time. The evening meal is served in a restaurant with a wide choice of starters, mains and deserts. As the hotel caters for different nationalities some dishes were not to our taste which would narrow the choice if you were staying for two weeks. We visited Fuerteventura using the ferry which cost 35E each. Spent 5h in Corralego which was sufficient time to visit the town. Also had public bus trips to Costa Tequise, Arricife and Puerto del Carmen. We found the staff very helpful and give a special mention to Ingrid on reception and Jennifer on the Animation team. All in all a great hotel in a a lovely resort👍

One of the best hotels that we have ever been in. Friendly staff, from cleaners, gardeners, bar persons and reception. Arrived at beginning of beer festival, two for one offers. Breakfast buffet variety of cold and hot. Dinner brilliant. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Comfy beds and piping hot showers. Did not have enough time, will be longer next time

Poor service, facilities and care. Firstly the family room is a weird layout with the toilet in the middle of the room with no walls. So no privacy when doing your business or showering and it’s next to the bed. No kettle in the room. Breakfast is good can’t complain there. Dinner is not really worth it as it’s mainly complicated dishes a la carte style not buffet like other resorts would be. We all ordered from the kids menu as it is more simple meals but were judged heavily for it by the staff who have treated us badly throughout the holiday. We were constantly made to feel uncomfortable and as if we are in the wrong. We are paying customers yet we were constantly met with hostility. No body smiles at you or welcomes you. We are on a holiday to relax but made on edge by the attitude of the staff. It felt racially motivated as we are people of colour and others were treated better than us. Not to mention that the hotel is nowhere near full capacity it feels like a ghost town almost which is good for people who want to relax but in itself is enough to tell you that the service is poor in this hotel. Really upsetting and ruined our holiday experience. My mother is of poor health and I am about to start work so this was our last time seeing each other as a family before I start and it’s just dampened the whole experience for us. Would recommend people to stay at neighbouring hotels which have better service, better care, better facilities and entertainment.

What an absolutely fantastic holiday.i can not recommend this hotel enough. If you can afford it go for the superior double with a pool view. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and well laid out. The half board flexible option is easy to do and well worth the money, you can get drinks, food, snacks, meals you work it around how you want to use it. Personally I wasn't a fan of the Lallama restaurant as there was limited choice for myself but the steak I did have in there was delicious. The main restaurant I personally found better for my choice of palette. My husband had the salmon and he said if was the best he'd had and it was massive. The grounds are kept clean and tidy you could always see someone doing something. As for the staff, they were helpful, friendly and Ingrid at reception was a fountain of knowledge, they really couldn't do enough for you. I read the reviews before I went and I definitely wasn't disappointed. The relax area where we stayed was perfect, gentle background music and a really chilled vibe. Only criticism , and I had to find one was the pools could've been a bit warmer. Other than a fantastic time and will definitely be returning x

We are still here and wanted to let everyone know who is looking to book to defo book this hotel. The beds and pillows are comfy, staff are great and lots to do for kids. We had a few ******* which jet2 said they cannot do anything but Mynd stepped in and upgraded us free of charge. We were so grateful. There is a mini disco for the little ones from 8-8:30 - the kids love it!! There is filtered water near the reception to fill up your bottles. I havent used the spa yet but it is €12 to use the facilities only which is great! Given how quick Mynd were to sort out of requests, i will defo book again.

Great stay at Mynd. Friendly staff, everywhere very clean & stylish and great food. The €27 per person daily food and beverage credit is a great scheme and would recommend eating at Lallama restaurant when you get the chance - need to book in advance. Breakfast was excellent with good mix of healthy options alongside sweet treats and hot food. There’s a variety of swimming pools or a 5 minute walk to the Playa Dorada beach. Only thing to improve on would be to offer tea and coffee making facilities in room. But that will not put us off returning!

Loved our 10 night holiday at the Mynd Yaiza. When we arrived we were welcomed by the staff who were so kind and helpful. We stayed in a pool view room on the ground floor in the relax area which was so clean, well kept and really easy to get to. The open plan bathroom was really nice in making the room feel big and was nice to have the sink in the room area when getting ready etc but can understand why it isn’t for everyone. TV was GREAT, the chrome cast feature is really good and modern, means you don’t need to log into any account on the actual TV and can watch Netflix, Disney +, you tube etc. Really good hairdryers in the rooms too, much better than what most hotels offer. We loved breakfast, the staff here clearly work very hard and they were always on top of things. Food was more continental with a hot section of bacon, eggs, waffles etc. The pools were very clean and lovely, and the spa was just great. We used the free spa access (check your emails when you arrive). No reserving sun loungers here which is great, there’s plenty of them. Pool bar was amazing, great selection. In terms of location, the hotel is very close to the beach, straight down past the princess yazia hotel and you are there. Only a short and pleasant walk to the marina and main town too. Overall I really recommend this hotel. Had a great vibe to it and we loved our holiday here.
