Wspaniałe miejsce na pobyt na Teneryfie! Hotel przewyższył nasze oczekiwania pod każdym względem. Zarezerwowaliśmy Bungalow typu Superior na 4 osoby dorosłe z All Inclusive. Bungalow był perfekcyjnie czysty i przygotowany, posiadał 3 przestronne pokoje (dwie sypialnie i pokój dzienny z aneksem kuchennym, tv i lodówką), każdy pokój wyposażony w oddzielną jednostkę klimatyzacji. Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane i odświeżane, łóżka są ogromne i bardzo wygodne. Bungalow dopracowany w drobnych szczegółach, na które można by się skarżyć w innych obiektach - na przykład - odpowiednia ilość gniazdek we właściwych miejscach, moskitiery w oknach, dodatkowe koce, duża ilość ręczników itd. Niczego nam nie brakowało :) Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie i All Inclusive - każdy z posiłków był czymś urozmaicony, po tygodniowym pobycie nie narzekaliśmy na monotonność. Jedzenie bardzo dobre jakościowo, bardzo smaczne. Dużo lokalnych potraw, wszystko estetycznie i czysto podane. Przepyszne soki, nieskończona ilość churros i nasze ulubione papas arrugadas :D Być może mogło być więcej owoców morza :) Posiłki serwowane są w formie: śniadanie (do 10:30), snacks (od 11:00), lunch i kolacja. W ramach All Inclusive na barze oferowane są świetne drinki i mocne alkohole, oczywiście piwo, wino i sangria również. Nasz ulubiony drink - Caribbean Journey. Wszystko dostępne na wynos i na miejscu :) Koło baru - basen - wszędzie czysto i przyjemnie. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna, zaangażowana i pozytywna, trafiliśmy chyba na okres gdzie ilość osób w hotelu była ograniczona przez pandemię, co pewnie miało jakiś wpływ na nasz komfort, natomiast nie miało to wpływu na profesjonalne podejście obsługi. Byliśmy tam grupą znajomych bez dzieci, natomiast infrastruktura przygotowana specjalnie dla maluchów przykuła naszą uwagę - jest bardzo duża i skutecznie 'izoluje' dzieciaki od dorosłych ;)

I stayed here with a family of seven from the ages of five to eleven.. We had excellent entertainment every night with something for the whole family. The karaoke, quiz nights and acrobatics were excellent. Our family favourite was the magic show..

Absolutely brilliant experience with my friends from Scotland, the staff is really friendly, food was really nice, bungalow lovely and great experience with the entertainment, Lucy is so charming and nice, we can't wait to come back VIVA ITALIA, gracias y hasta luego!

Our experience in the hotel was brilliant. We loved everything about it, the food , drink , bungalows were amazing. The bar staff and animation staff were first class. Great acts and always a smile on their faces. Will definitely be back! Ps love Luca ❤️ xx

Hotel is nice, rooms feel like homes… Very clean places and food is exelent You will never get hungry here! Animation team is fantastic. Matteo is an amazing guy and i recomend talking to him even tho he can seam scary, he is an teddy bear if you get to talking to him. Pools are clean and activities range from age 1-80. I can 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Teneriffe in the south!

We loved our stay. Travelled with friends and kids. The activities the hotel provided for adults and kids were perfect. Matteo made our stay truly enjoyable as well as Luca with yoga and aqua gym. Happy to recommend Matteo for any activity that needs guest relations!

The hotel well situated short walk from almost everything Maid service 6 days a week Rooms are good and clean and fairly modern our apar**ent was a 2 bedroom one with 2 singles TV and a PlayStation the other with a double bed. A reasonable size living room containing a pull-out bed surprisingly quite comfortable large tv with only 2 English channels Sky News and BBC news small kitchen with almost everything you will need Bathroom consisting of a good shower plus rain shower no issues with hot water but no bath Main pool a decent size however be aware no inflatables are allowed and also not heatedAnimation team good and friendly Dining area nice and modern food is quite reasonable and cooked well with quite a few option snacks apart from meal times consisting of small bags of chips and a few cold sandwiches Drinks cold are serve yourself self at the bar same with the beer Coffee machines also at the bar area Wifi seemed to be good in the room and around the pool area first few days but seemed to have a few issues in the evening on the last few days Bad points not many Food although well-cooked is quite repetitive Coffee machines are quite poor often running out of milk Morning cold drinks are very watery The entertainment area needs a small revamp big fern plants in pots look nice and no issue whilst Dining however they do restrict the view for large areas of the stage for the evening shows Be aware that some apar**ents have tiled steps leading up to them which can be fairly slippy and tight walking up and down them especially when carrying suitcases they are lit up in the evening but did notice early morning lights had been switched off All in all holiday was enjoyed staff are great and helpful Would I stay there again Definitely a yes

Great features: Comfy very big bed Tasty food with vegan area too Self serve area of bar with lots to choose Bar staff are the best Relaxing vibe Superb location Bungalows well decorated and maintained Draught help yourself Amstel beer All house wines are drinkable Several pools to choose from including baby pool Sports facilities with a 5 a side enclosed pitch Kids play area Bungalows have chairs, table, parasol and sunbeds on their terraces Quiet at night no blaring music Guest satisfaction call on second day Could be improved: If you're thirsty you won't like the 11pm bar closing( families with young kids will though ) Struggling to find anything else! You soon see why this is #1 in Playa...its professionally run and achieves the rare balance of relaxing enjoyment with a tightly run ship.
