房間佈局合理，服務很周到，滿意。位置很方便。包兩餐感覺很方便，餐食也比較豐富，是一次愉快的海島度假。

地理位置優越，周圍有很多酒吧、餐廳，裝修風格也有當地特色，酒店雖然有些歷史感，但打掃的很乾凈，房費包含的早晚自助餐也很實惠，非常適合第一次來這裏旅遊的人。值得推薦

Worst hotel ever ,on my second day here and in my third different room , 4 star no way It’s like bloody cocoon, hotel dated and the management haven’t seen all the mistakes in the rooms and broke thing And I’m here for four weeks Absolute bin Not happy and definitely would NOT recommend

The hotel is very good starting with reception staff, food, rooms, location and the entertainment and team. My husband and I had an amazing time here and will certainly be back. We did have a little issue on arrival but that was sorted out very fast. I was amazed that they even had a pool chair lift so that disabled people can enjoy a swim. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms are very small. Beds are hard and pillows although plentiful, they are lumpy and uncomfortable. Food is tasteless and bland. No atmosphere in the restaurant as it resembles a works canteen, no table cloths and you have finished your meal before anyone asked it you would like a drink. Not value for money and does not deserve 4 stars.

Ruined our holiday. Would not recommend it if you are a young couple. The all inclusive package is not worth it. I’ll start with the positives: Good location, everything is close by and parking available (subject to availability). Aside from this, no positives. Negatives: 1. Room fobs not activated which resulted in going back and forth to the reception and waiting a long time to be served. 2. Once in the room, it was around 3.30pm. Decided to have a shower and shower pipe burst mid way. Massive inconvenience as we had a restaurant booking for 6pm. My partner went to the reception and told a technician would be sent out immediately, the technician did not turn up till 4.30pm, all in all, wasted our evening and could not attend the evening meal (pictures attached of shower) 3. Shower is not sealed properly, which results in the bathroom floor being flooded (pictures attached) 3. Decided to make the most of the all inclusive package and eat at the hotel. Snack bar, food is not nice at all. It’s dry and tasteless. The cocktails are definitely not nice too, but does the job for getting drunk but that’s about it. 4. Thought things would get better the next day. Our room and sheets not changed. On the previous night, I accidentally split some juice on the sheets, not a massive spill. However, thought this would get changed the next time, but room was not cleaned at all or made up. This is probably the most basic thing you would expect from a hotel. Ruined the mood again 5. The hotel is out dated and corridors carry a smell. Extra charges for iron, no robes provided, and definitely not worth the all Inclusive price or even general price being charged, much better options out there. This is probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed at provided the fees charged, not justified. 6. The hotel is not ideal for a young couple, feels more like a retirement home when you visit. 7. The buffet showcases a vast variety of foods. HOWEVER, none are quality or carry any taste. Feels more like the quality is just to please the eyes but water probably has more flavour than the buffet, would not recommend. 8. The list goes on…I would definitely reconsider for anyone booking. There are MUCH MUCH better options out there. I blame myself for not doing much research but if I can help others, please read the review properly. And again, if you’re a young couple, this place is definitely not for you. It feels more like a retirement home. NOT FOR YOUNG COUPLES, it’s for 50+ year olds.
