This hotel is very nice. Clean, friendly staffs. Foods were delicious and lots of varieties. Location is very near to the beach, just right behind the hotel.
There’s bus stop 2min away from the hotel so quite convenient. But it’s far from downtown. You have to take the bus to get around. It costs only €2 per trip so still ok. You can also take the airport bus from the same station.
Overall, this hotel is worth the money. Would recommend it.

This was a curveball booking for us, based on price mainly as we were looking to have a good value stay in the city, and to be honest that’s what we got. The hotel is a little dated and absolutely packed full of tourists, this is 100% a place for people coming from all over the world to enjoy San Francisco. This it not a business hotel for business travellers, for example. The rooms are pretty spacious and everything is clean and functional, nothing to complain about. It’s well located with helpful parking and easy to walk to various eateries and areas without facing any challenging hills. The most intriguing thing about this hotel is the breakfast, people go crazy for it. It’s not very high quality but there is certainly quality and it’ll save you a lot of hassle and cash to eat here for free as part of your package. The only trade off is the queue that can form (all the Europeans are very happily up at 4am with their jet lag waiting as soon as it opens!!) so you might be waiting a while, plus it is VERY busy.

Great vacation:) Nice hotel, delicious food, very friendly and always smiling staff:) We especially liked Señor Pedro at the reception:) I want to thank him for his charming smile, warm welcome and room with a sea view. I recommend this hotel!5

Beautiful Hotel..Thank you so much to your lovely bar staff for taking the time to make me an espresso martini even though it was not on your cocktail menu. It was delious. That is perfect customer service.. Please tell your bar staff I will definitely be back for another one or maybe two during our stay.. x

A nice enough hotel but limited amenities, no access to vending machines (if you’re jet lagged and thirsty in the night) and no staff around at night on reception to request some water. Location was great, breakfasts were superb with lovely staff and the room was ok just a little damp smelling as well as noisy from air con and various other machines around the hotel at night.

Lovely Hotel as our base to get around San Francisco, close to Pier 39 for lots of attractions and a bite to eat in the evening. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and the Breakfast was amazing. Don't be put off by the que for breakfast, it moves very fast.

Wonderful clean hotel right next to all the attractions. Free breakfast was amazing. Perfect for a four night stay. As we stayed in November we did not get to use the pool, but it was still open. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in front of the beach and is halfboard. There dinner menu changes everyday and has many option. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
