Realmente um ótima experiência. Estava com meu marido, ficamos na suite privilege, perfeita! Amplo quarto, coma torneias individuais, hidro no banheiro e na área externa com vista para o jardim, cama surreal de confortável.
O Hotel possui uma ampla variedade de restaurantes, onde o italiano, japonês e steakhouse você deve agendar no dia, o restante basta ir e aguardar.
O restaurante japonês não é tanto pela comida e sim pela experiência do sushiman é mais um show, incrível!
Recomendo o restaurante de buffet pois possui variedade de culinária de diversos países e o restaurante japonês.
Infelizmente o restaurante em frente à praia não tivemos um bom atendimento, única crítica!
O resort possui diversas áreas verde, com isso você encontra vários animais, mega fofos!! Fomos no boliche e ainda possuem noites de karaokê, bem divertido!
Sugestionaria apenas ter alguma piscina aquecida, pois todas não possuem aquecimento.
É um resort completo, com sorveteria, café, uma maravilha. Recomendo a todos!

The resort was amazing! Our room had a pool area right off our patio so we could just walk right into the pool. That was amazing. The waitress for our pool area Sarai was also so helpful and so friendly. All thee staff is all so friendly. Only hiccup we had was that my husband doesn’t drink alcohol so were told NA beers could be loaded in our mini fridge and that seemed to be hard to get done. Took two days to get that figured out but it did get corrected and worked out. Just lots of phone calls to get it done. Loved having all the options and things to do on the resort too. Beach area was also very nice!!

Although the rooms can use some updating ( we stayed in Privilege roof top suite) the restaurants and everything else about the resort were great! Had a wonderful time

Overall the resort was clean and fun. The only thing my wife and I noticed was that white people would get better service than us (we are brown). We would get seated and have to wait a long time for a waiter to come and take our order while we saw white people sit down way after us and have drinks and food brought out to them! on one occasion we waited 30 minutes for the waitress to come to our table and bring us drinks.. we put that awkwardness to the side and tried to have fun as a family..

Wonderful hotel, above and beyond our expectations! Food was good, pool & swim up bars were excellent, delicious cocktails! Room made up beautifully each day and the excursions we booked from the hotel were awesome. Would definitely come back

We had the best time staying at the Ocean Rivera Paradise for my 25th birthday. The staff was beyond attentive and friendly. Gerry was an amazing host, he made the whole experience amazing. Manuel who we met during check in was a STAR and by far our favorite on staff, he really made the trip special and we will always remember him in relation to this trip. They made sure to send special things to our room for my birthday. Offered fun things to do on and off the resort, (we thoroughly enjoyed Coco Bongo). So shout out to Francesco and Karina for telling us about the experience. The rooms were spectacular, they were maintained every day sometimes twice a day and we never had to call and ask for anything. Everyone was so helpful with any requests. The property was clean and beautiful, just like the pictures. We loved the monkeys and wildlife on the resort. Beaches were clean, not over crowded and had plenty of things to do. The place makes you feel so special as everyone remembers you and says hello. The food was amazing we tried a couple of restaurants but the buffet area was our favorite, there were so many options and the food was always delicious. The drinks were truly unlimited and offered a lot of options. There are so many activities available on the resort you almost don’t need to leave for anything. All in all I can’t say enough good things about this resort. Don’t hesitate to book!
