There's no beach on the property and NO elevators. The food was awesome but I wanted more of a vacation with sun and sand and this place is NOT it.

The property is far away from the beach. The bus ride takes about 14 minutes to get to the beach and is only limited to the daytime. You'll have to walk about 25-30 minutes or pay a cab if you want a night stroll on the beach.

The only thing I didn't like was the rule about one pool/ beach towel per day. I would have followed it though had someone mentioned it to me. If I go to the beach I really did not want to use the same sandy/ wet towel for the pool later. There was one man who would not bend.I had already thrown my wet towel in the bin and he would not give me another. I explained, had I known, I would have just continued to use it despite my opinion. I then got the manager and he helped me get another towel.
The front desk staff are great! They were VERY helpful. The staff working around the pool and the bar were so much fun and great.
Property was always being taken care of and was nice and clean.

very clean, very good shows every night, and during the day several activities, very friendly waiters 10 points all. varied food but some things poorly cooked (chef pay more attention) 7 points there

Staff and location were all very good. Only complaint the bed was the hardest bed i have ever slept on. I prefer firm mattress however this was over the top

Been to other Riu and this one disappointed me. No beach area unless you take their shuttle to the beach. It’s a 15 minute ride. Food was the same at the buffet everyday. No big pools. Facility over all super small compared to other Riu.

Staff was very freindly and nice. Food was pretty good. They change they change the menu in the buffet everyday. There are 2 pools onsite and 1 by the beach. They beach is offsite but they shuttle you there every 30 mins. You can also take the shuttle to 5th Ave to shop. Its just a 10 min walk. They exchange money and there is also an ATM in the lobby. Not bad for a budget all inclusive.

The property was secluded inside a golf course so not much outside noise to bother you, not a lot of outside tourist activity. The resort was nice, the staff for the most part were friendly. The beds were firm and the pillows were very soft both not to my liking, so didn't really get a quality night of sleep during our stay. Worst part was something beyond the resorts control, and that was the other people there - while waiting on beach transportation, others just cut in line, didn't care if you had been waiting patiently or not the basically Bumm rushed the bus every time, cutting in front of children, elderly, handicap - they just didn't care.

The property doesn't have beach access and you have to take a 10 minutes drive shuttle to get to the beach and that area it's limited. Very disappointed and either it's mentioned but very small fine print or not mention at all. The employee are overworked and they are not very friendly! The quality of food and drinks are limited and very poor. Lighting on the main dinning room it's very low and gives a feeling of depression! The hotel advertised as 5 Star. I don't know how it's allowed this kind of false advertising !
