Świetne miejsce na relaks i spędzanie czasu, przeżywanie przygód. Jeśli chcesz, możesz także dołączyć do przygody serc, które eksplorują i uprawiają marchewkę, a ośrodek znajduje się tuż przy plaży, dzięki czemu możesz bawić się w słońcu

the rooms were sparkling clean and the staff was wonderful. the grounds were gorgeous. i had a weird experience at the spa where i was shorted on my 80 minute massage by almost half an hour but they made it up to me. when i went back for the additional 30 mins i booked a facial as well which to be completely honest was super overpriced and the guy used tissue paper to clean my face and put over my eyes etc. i didn't think that it was worth the $175 USD i paid for it plus i am canadian so with the exchange rate it cost more than a spectacular oxygen facial i could get here in Toronto. that was a bummer.
the food was okay. sometimes delicious and sometimes not.

Let me start with the positive. The waitstaff and cleaning crew are amazing- pleasant and responsive. The property is pretty and the food is excellent for an all inclusive. This place fails with management and a total lack of customer service. We booked two beds, which I personally confirmed directly with the hotel a month ahead of time. When we arrived they told us that they only had a king and could switch it the next day. The resort was half empty so there is no excuse for this. Any simple thing requested at the front desk was met with a "no" and an attitude. As the owner of a travel business I can't express how big of an issue this is at this hotel- it makes for an unpleasant experience as you feel like you are pulling teeth for basic services. The extras that you allegedly get with ******* will be conveniently "unavailable"- again with the hotel at half capacity. The room smells of mold which suggests that they shut the AC down when not in use- I suspect the lack of "rooms" is because they rotate which ones they use. The outdoor shower was filthy- it hadn't been stepped in in many months. The small pool in area 9 was filthy- cloudy, dirty and without running water. This place has incredible potential but it just appears as if they are struggling financially or that the owners simply don't care. Disappointing.

I just give that one star for the staff kindness. Check in took 1 hour, there is NO VIP SERVICES included, Recieved a low quality room. Resort was not all inclusive even though when I booked it said all inclusive, I called ******* agent to cancel and change reservation and they said it’s not possible. No room upgrade. Had $ limitation on free dinner. No free drinks included, even water and sodas in room has charge. There were construction ongoing near my room and very noisy during day due to that . Shower had very low pressure water. I complained about shower and construction to front desk and they ignored my request. Such a waste of money, paid almost $ 3000 for 5 nights and didn’t get even $300 worth of services. I am frustrated because ******* didn’t help me on all these matters even though I am a Gold VIP Member. Please do your research before booking this place.

Nice little resort which is self-contained. Food and staff were particularly good. Beach is small with limited seating area near the water but probably good in the non-peak season. All inclusive option seemed worth it if you’re going to eat in the hotel. Plenty of options in the surrounding town otherwise. Totally walkable. The only time you need transportation is for a tour.

This is a very pretty and nice property. Only a few things i wish had been better.
1. The shower was kind of a joke. Barely a trickle of water coming out. No water pressure. And it went back and forth from really cold to scalding hot every 5 to 10 seconds. No rhyme or reason. By the last day, it was hardly even a trickle of water coming out.
2. There are hardly any beach/pool chairs availabile. They were all blocked with towels before 7:30am, so we were never able to sit at the pool or beach the entire 6 days.
3. Getting a beach towel was rare. No one was ever handing them out for the whole 6 days we were there. We had to ask the front desk multiple times. They kept pointing us in a different direction to find one, with no success. We finally insisted that the front desk bring us some, and we finally got them.
4. We went half board which was kind of inconvenient. Every drop of water had to be signed for. We had to sign and tip at every meal which took forever to get the waiter to bring the bill.
Otherwise this property was great. Loved the location steps away from 5th Avenue. The rooms with porches and hammocks were awesome.
They cleaned the rooms really well each day, and the staff was very friendly.
We would probably stay here again.
