The Elements Oceanfront & Beachside Condo Hotel

Real easy welcome and check in, Miguel was waiting for us as we communicated before our arrival and took us right up to our apartment and gave us a tour and all the amenities! Well done! Small problem with the safe in the room (broken key): Miguel was there in 5 minutes with a new safe in the box and a maintenance person o change it out! Very good service and response well done! Everything we needed for a great vacation! Clean and comfortable!

We are one of the few lucky couples that actually live at The Elements full time. Daily, we get to enjoy fantastic amenities, spend time with our friends at the Beach Club and receive incredible service and support from the team that works hard for the community every day. Amazing pool, only private residential beach club in Playa, and well maintained grounds. We've met so many great people, both owners and vacationers alike. It's hard not to have a good time here.

excellent the second time around. our second long term visit, 5 weeks, and just as good as we remembered. a pool side, two bed two bath unit was perfect for two or more, 4 adults 2 child would work well. Bric people were great and Miguel and Damian were most helpful. First real post covid vaca and it was superb in all aspects. I have written about this before but I thought that Elements warranted an update. ps if you decide to rent here use Bric management. there are others who rent here. With Bric you get an honest and accurate description of each unit and every courtesy is extended to make your stay enjoyable. One couple had a bad experience with an airbnb rental.

This condo hotel is good but not excellent. It was built in 2006. The first unit we stayed in was very run down, worn out and most appliances didn’t work or only half worked so they eventually moved us. The second unit was better but we still had problems with the dishwasher and one toilet. Kitchens are horribly designed and not well equipped. I talked to a women in the pool and she said her unit still had everything original and look tired. Location is good, safe and near grocery stores and shops, beach is just okay (there was considerable erosion during our stay), the pool is large and excellent. So renting here is iffy.

This is the type of property that photographs really well but falls apart when you start looking at the details. We stayed in unit 223 - 2nd floor, ocean view. View: upon first walking in to the unit, all we could see was floor-to-ceiling glass and a wonderful view of the water. Step out onto the balcony, though, and that view is marred by a row of lots between the building and the beach. One lot was storage for a Sea Doo rental company. The other had an old pickup truck and 5th-wheel trailer that looked like it hadn't been used for quite some time. There was a bunch of furniture scattered on the lot and the remains of tents with twisted frames and tattered canvas. Interior and furniture: this is one tired unit. A dryer vent that I had to tape into place so I could use it. Patio furniture pillows full of holes. An interior wicker ottoman that was broken, but instead of throwing it out, they covered the broken section with a tray. Bathroom fixtures that were long past their prime. I take much better care of my home, so when I pay thousands of dollars to stay for one week in a place like this, it's disappointing. This was booked through ******* and managed by Bric Vacation Rentals. I expect that there are a variety of units in different conditions available, but Bric should establish better unit condition standards if they want repeat customers.
