The staff was so helpful and friendly… we felt right at home. The accommodations were immaculate and well cared for…the nearby Patisserie and restaurants were excellent.

Very clean room with kitchen. Not too small. Big fridge. All you need for cooking. Bed mattress hard, old pillows but clean.
Breakfast the same every day, could taste better.
Al lot of parking. Walking distance to shopping.

This was my second stay at City Suites. I chose it again, because the first time was so great. It is centrally located, easy to get to and has plenty of amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Very nice hotel, everything was great except location. But it was no problem. We can drive to central just 5 minutes to visit beach and back to quiet hotel for rest.

Room they gave us smelled badly and they wouldn’t change it until their maintenance guy looked at it. The maintenance guy couldn’t do anything but still the hotel didn’t agree to change the room easily. After some further discussions and visit to room by hotel staff, they gave us another room. At breakfast they had bread but wouldn’t put butter out and even upon requesting they give only 1 pcs. Hope the service can be improved at this hotel.

The card doesn’t work to activate the elevator, broken washing machines, no offer of Suites has been accomplished

The staff seem not to care. There where two of us and they were aunable to leave two bath towels, one hand towel and a floor towel. There was one or two missing every day. The small vending area doesn't have WATER!, Sometimes they change linen, other times they didn't. The location is OK buy I would not go back to it. Whindham is around the corner, same location.
