Great value for a stay in playa del Carmen, 5-10mins walk to Quinta Avenida, lovely rooftop pool and a small gym also, the kitchen is really convenient and Walmart is just at adjacent so not a problem that the hotel doesn’t provide breakfast

Perfect location and attractive price for value. The facilities are a bit old and our wc has some problems as well

Excellent location. Only a few steps from bus station Alterna ADO, Wallmart, juice and coffee shops, OXXO, 7 Eleven, Church. I love it. Clean, modern, huge room. Great value for money. Few minutes walk from 5th, Beach, Coco Bongo and everything else. Love it !

I would not recommend this hotel. There was no water supply in the room and electricity supply in the communal area (which means no lift) for our last night of stay. We have to carry our heavy luggage down the stairs at check out. Receptionist promised to refund the money for the last night, but our booking agent said the hotel is not reachable as they never reply to phone calls or emails, so our refund request is still on hold. The hotel committed to proceed with our refund immediately but obviously this is not the case. I am really disappointed with my stay.

位置是真的不錯 去海邊 ADO車站以及餐廳都很方便，樓下就是便利店，還有一個市政廳有很新很大的免費小童遊樂設施，太陽落山之後很多當地小孩子在那裡玩，可惜酒店的水電是一個大問題，經常停水停電。而且不知道什麼時候可以修好。除此以外這個酒店算是性價比很高了，

整體位置比較方便，有停車區域十分安全。房間隔音一般，但居住下來比較舒適，入住流程很簡單，網絡有一些問題。

Very friendly staff. In general, great value. Walkable to everywhere. Good restaurants close by. Parking lot is a little small for standard SUV but outside parking is available if you’re willing to pay 10 pesos per hour. It has some mosquitos but I guess it’s expected in this area.

Good hotel apartment with everything it needs. However only fully equipped for 3 personers in relation of cutlery and plates etc.
it is generally well maintained however there are few places that could use.
