Good Points:
The property itself was really beautiful, with many pools, restaurants, and in an attractive, natural setting.
Not so good points:
The beach area had all the chairs grouped practically on top of each other, with signs forbidding customers from modifying any of the crowded seating arrangements. Also, the beach had a sudden (not gradual) slope at the shoreline, making it difficult to effortlessly walk along the beach. We liked most of the food at the buffet restaurants, but the staff seemed unfriendly. When my wife became sick from food the first night (and unable to come to the restaurant), they insisted the only way to feed her was by paying exorbitant fees for room service (which is not included in their “all inclusive” rate).

The property was overall nice and decent looking. As a mom traveling with two kids: Upon arrival (1AM) I was told that I can order food to go to my room, I ordered at sports bar and was told I can't take food out, so my mom didn't get to eat as she stayed in the room.
No elevator available as per staff and on my last day found out there is 1 elevator but mainly occupied by staff. I brought my stroller up and down the stairs (3rd flood) the whole time. Monkeys, Coates, lizards and deers around the property. Food was okay, wish there was more authentic Mexican traditional food. I think they also need more staffing, as when we would dine, waitress are limited.

Property is lively, clean & huge! Lots of activities & great buffet. Walking around the resort you see a variety of wildlife. We enjoyed our stay.

Properly is ok. Costumer’s service very bad. Food not good management is worse management I aver see in my life. I will never going back and not recommend to go there and spend money.

Hotel is beautiful, clean and safe. Only one negative comment - there was no cols water in the tap in my room one day, and it took some time for maintenance to come and repair.

booking restaurants is a complete mess.
buffet food has very few varieties of food. worst from any of resorts I've been to.
check in process is long and nothing is being explained to you about the resort, no information about amenities or anything.

Had a wonderful stay at the resort. They have multiple pools, areas to explore, activities if you're bored, and a great beach attached to the property. Dinner buffet could use some improvement and wish there was a way to room the ones coming to party away from those just coming for a relaxing time as our neighbors spent all-night partying and causing a raucous on their balcony.

The property is beautiful, the pools are plenty and you can find whatever type you want: quiet, median and party pools. The beach was clean, shallow and beautiful, not much sea**** in February.The restaurants are great, easy to book through Princess hotel app. The buffet is ok, the pool bar staff was nice. They don’t make you obligated to tip for everyone like some other places, but of course it is highly appreciated.
The only cons: wifi throws you out all the time, basic rooms need a little update, need a coffee shop.
Overall great stay, wild life is great: coatis, monkeys, deers, iguanas, cats…

Big, nice property. Lot's of animals on the property like deer and monkeys. Well maintained. Staff was great especially bartenders. Food was average at restaurants, but they have a lot of restaurants and snack bars, grills setup for burgers by the pools, tacos by the pool as well. Alcohol selection was better than other all inclusives I've stayed at. They had cheap shuttles to Playa Del Carmen regularly. I'd definitely recommend this place.
