I found the resort too large for my liking way too many people lineups everywhere. Only one bartender per bar, so you constantly had to line up to get a drink. The bartenders did not seem to give it their best. They were easily distracted amongst themselves, and was ignored a few times because they were too busy laughing and chatting amongst themselves.
Could not get an answer on the phone for the front desk, and was given the wrong directions to where I needed to go from the front desk.
Was extremely hard to book into one of your restaurants, and the ambiance was like you were eating in a cafeteria

If you like drunk people throwing up on your kids and staff doing their best to avoid you... This is the place. Oh, also you gotta love being packed into a beach shoulder to shoulder with the masses.

Staff is generally great and provides exceptional service especially at the buffet and cleaning service were extremely helpful. The front desk and concierge were not as helpful. The worst part is the noise. You can hear everything from other rooms, out in the hall, and back of the room. One night was extremely bad and drunk men were trying to get into thier room and trying all random rooms. You also don't get to eat at the other restaurants because they are full all the time.

The grounds and rooms were clean and well cared for. The staff could not have been more kind and accommodating. We felt extremely safe and cared for from the time of check in to check out. Transportation to and from the resort was seamless, the drivers drove safely and made sure we got to the airport on time.

We are a gluten-free family and there were options for us. The buffets were excellent. We loved the swimming pools, the spacious room and the activities, including water aerobics and dancing. We will come back again!

Our showers did not have warm water all the time we were there. The TV was were old with blurry reception.
The landscaping of the property was excellent. Buffets were great for the first 30 minutes, after that many items were out.

We enjoyed the group activities. We participated in yoga, aqua fit, tennis lessons, and morning stretch. All classes were fun and i especially liked tennis.

The property needs major rennovation. Outdated decor, TV, and others to name a few. The food is average with buffet items taken too long for refill or not at all. Im glad I did not stay here too long - A 3 star property, not 5 at all

The place was very nice, we did book a room with 2 beds and got a room with one bed. Staff is friendly and helpful.
