Apartamentos Green Park

Low quality. Far from Yumbo. They tried to charge 100 eur for deposit but they declined after claiming. Noisy cleaning trolley very bright bedroom. Uncinfortable to sleep.

Decent and clean. Had to ask staff member 3 times to gain my room key - he took a long time to verify my id. For the price can’t really argue. Ensure you bring your shampoo and soap. Cleaned every 2nd day - a nice touch. Towels clean etc

Fab place, cheap and cheerful

Excellent location, very close to bars restaurants & shops, taxi rank also a stones throw from the front of the hotel next to the mini golf, staff are very friendly and welcoming, the hotel has all required amenities, the pool is good with a bubble section, the pool also has 2 x hoists for disabled access to the pool, the hotel also provide a self serv laundry on site for 4 euro.

Rooms were basic but it’s just somewhere to sleep as you don’t go away to sit in a room,we got lucky and got a pool view, staff were helpful and lady with red hair who runs the bar is fantastic, she’s really friendly and you can have a good laugh with her, pool wasn’t too cold, good location about 20/25 minutes walk to Yumbo shopping centre, the curry house across the road was really nice and the burgers at Mulligans were good as well. The only fault I would say is some of the towels had seen better days and could do with replacing and the sheets were only swapped the day before we came home Taxi from airport to hotel was 50 euros and took about 30 mins, we got bus back to airport cost us 3.5 euros each and only took 40 mins

This hotel is run down, the pool is a community pool some of the locals are quiet rude! The bay not open today. The floor filthy and people smoke around it and leave tabs every where! One life guard lovely the other just talks all the time. Pool you can’t jump in no inflatable unless it’s babies. The apartment filthy hairs every where too! Some the reviews leave different pools on the review there only one! The hotel is money money money. So basically no air con you have to rent a tan if there any! Rent a hair dryer everything just deposits and rent rent rent. I have a baby and they won’t even give me a kettle to sort his bottle and milk!! The staff have even said it’s bad but they can’t do anything as they just work there. Don’t even understand why they need a 100 euro deposit!!! It’s that crap bugs don’t even come in it! The only good thing is location beach is lovely, restaurants and night life good even with children. The pool is sometimes over taken by the community there no entertainment like stated the bar shuts at 8 when it is open. Your not allowed to play music and there none on. The residents if they are not using something like a umbrella that’s down and you try and take it for your kids they are rude as to me if your not using it then you can’t just have ago at people. Even when my husband got the women a umbrella even though she sat by the pool all day she didn’t even say thank you! Honestly worse place I’ve stayed at the hotel needs bombing!!!! Also the hotel isn’t whole any more owners are brothers and they are fighting over it so your view to one side is a dirty pool with a ghost hotel it’s litually been separated in half. I’m not as bothered on women taking tops off but pre warn there a lot of women with their boobs out. If your booked here change it asap it’s not worth any more than £400 a week and one star for me

We have just returned from the green park apartments in playa del ingles and now I am commencing a long battle with love holidays. This is the first review I have ever made as I believe people are all different but please bare with me and read, I have photographs of the disgusting state we were expected to live in, all 5he paint coming off bath, absolutely filthy, all the linen was disgusting, I am an avid traveller and have never experienced such filth, the apartment are now denying the situation, but hey, have they look3d at the evidence and all live holidays do is pass the book, I should have rung their 24 hr line, what for, I was told when we arrived that the apartment was full, as we repeatedly asked for a ground floor apartment before we left the uk as I am disabled led, no such luck, apartments were full of foreigners, very few English, and many, many rude foreigners. Please, if you want further evidence I can provide this, but please listen to me and do not go anywhere near these apartments, however cheap it is supposed to be.

The staff were great and went out of their way to be helpful. The people at the reception desk were very cheery and welcoming. Very clean accommodation and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived . It would have been nice to have wine glasses to use in the apartment but it was only tumblers available. The food at the pool bar was nice and the service excellent. The pool area was clean but i wish the sun loungers had cushions they were very uncomfortable. We will return. Thank you

A basic hotel that meets all your needs. Absolutely get what you paid for and we got a very good deal so happy with the accommodation. €100 cash deposit on arrival. We had a one bedroom apartment. Self catering facilities were ok. Shower had little to no pressure and the water was never warm but this is manageable on holiday in the heat. Balcony was lovely and big with a lovely view. We were on the 6th floor. Kitchen table and sofa was great also. Had to ask reception for the tv remote and was told there’s no point as there’s no English channels. Staff were all friendly and the pool area is great. Pool bar very clean and cheap , is closed on Wednesdays. Pool was big plenty of sun loungers.
