1 Elliot Terrace

Superb apartments! Me & my husband had the pleasure of staying in 2 of the apartments within 1 Elliot Terrace. Our first 3 nights spent in Captain Scott Penthouse with stunning views of The Hoe. The apartment had everything you could possibly need! Finished off to a beautiful standard & spotless. This was a last minute booking ie, the morning of arrival. On booking we were contacted instantly by Andy from Plum Location, confirming our reservation. We were able to reserve a parking space directly outside the property for the duration of our stay. Andy was available via text to answer any questions. Our last 2 nights were spent in Sir Arthur Conan Doyle(3rd floor:apartment 6), again couldn't fault it at all! We were informed there would be plumbing work carried out during our last 2 days, however this caused no disruption to our stay. Perfectly situated on The Hoe, within walking distance to Sutton Harbor where there are various boat trips. Just a short walk away from Plymouth town Centre. Would highly recommend 1 Elliot terrace, beautiful apartments, incredible views of The Hoe & great service from Plum Location. Many thanks Paul & Debbie (Stoke on Trent)

Fabulous location & very comfortable apartments. There was a waterleak and they had to move us from our studio apartment to another, dealt with very professional and with minimal disruption to us. Everything you would need & more is included in the apartments. Beautiful building & parking a real bonus. Andy the housekeeper was very helpful & friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for visiting our son. The accommodation was spotless. The absence of stairs, the underfloor heating, the smart tv, and the wet floor shower are great positives. Space either side of the bed is tight, but a small shelf would be a benefit.

Truly stunning panoramic views from the lounge/kitchen, flooded with light even on rainy days. High-quality facilities, spacious comfortable bedrooms. We hope to return!

We had an excellent stay at 1 Elliot Terrace. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with nice linen and all the essentials on arrival. We spent some time in the apartment as we dodged the weather and it was a great place to hang out. The location, with a great view of the sea, was perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We ended up taking an upgrade to appt 4.. well worth it! What a lovely, well-appointed space with amazing views out to sea.. we stayed before heading to Spain on the ferry and would definitely do the same again… There are loads of decent shops in the nearby shopping area so it’s easy to stock the fridge, too!

We had a lovely weekend at the apartment which was very spacious & comfortable. The view is amazing & really appreciated the tea & coffee after our journey. No bother to access the building & the apartment with codes provided & a bonus to have a parking space.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location, views were amazing, loved all the little torches such as board games and coffee machine even a fresh pint of milk in the fridge! The apartment was spotless, and decorated to a high standard I had a lovely sleep as bed was so comfy, everything you need and more!
