MARAVILHOSO, PFTO, ctza quero voltar !! Eu e meu esposo divertimos muito.

Hotel maravilhoso!!!! Comidas e bebidas poderiam estender até mais tarde!!! Algumas atividades tbm!!! As 22hs tudo se encerra e viramos “abóboras”… nao temos bebida, comida nem atividades, mas estamos la pra curtir ate um pouco mais tarde e nao queremos dormir… fica de sugestão!!!

Tudo muito bom, atendimento, alimentacao, sistema all inclusive. Um pequeno ponto que requer uma melhoria, seria apenas organização no check-in para ter mais agilidade, minha sugestão seria, separar guiches apenas para check-in e outro para atender a solicitações de hospedes.

I am completely disappointed with the service. The bedrooms smell like molde and they are dirty. My husband and son that suffer with allergies had a really bad time here. You get from a long trip and the bedrooms don’t have tower, you need to ask them to send them and you wait for hours to receive them, if the cleaners get the dirty/wet towers, they don’t replace them with new ones. I got myself naked with 2 kids and no tower to dry us. There is no security, they don’t have a control who is in each bedroom. They gave me twice keycard to go inside the bedroom that already have people in there. And worse 2 of my family members had the door open overnight. And one day someone open the door when my sister in law just had come out from the shower. The food is repetitive and there is no variety for kids. And worse we find a fly inside the coconut pudim. The employees are not prepared for the amount of people in the hotel so they can’t put food quickly enough or cutlery, you often need to wait to get cutlery or food. The fridge doesn’t have water, if you want water overnight you have to walk until the restaurant to get 200 mL cups that they provide, what is really annoying when you have kids. The internet stops working often and you need to reconnect every time to be able to do something. There is a carpet between restaurant and the main building that stinks as hell. Although, the building has ramps, they are not really accessible, it is really hard moving around with the pram and I can’t imagine how would be for a person in wheelchair. The baby kitchen/room is disgusting and the sink is really dirty and clogged. In a overall you can see how bad the management is and how the employees are unprepared, Once for all it is not worth for the price that you pay.

All inclusive Maravilhoso, comida ,bebida e petiscos de qualidade, tudo a vontade e são reabastecidos rapidamente ,quarto simples mas com conforto ...ótima infraestrutura pra criança, equipe de recreação muito legal ...vale a pena !

Resort all inclusive maravilhoso. Regrado em comida e bebida e petiscos. Piscinas climatizadas e piscina aquecida e coberta. Resort amplo e bem estruturado. Porém achei os banheiros bem pequenos e sem respiração. Academia precária. Dos aparelhos lá só funcionando 2. Picolé à vontade. Acesso ao parque Walter word gratuito. Pizzaria muito boa. Funcionários muito prestativos e educados. Experiência inesquecível.

Ótima experiência! Reservei sem referências e me surpreendi positivamente... Drinks ótimos, funcionários bem humorados, comida boa, quarto confortável, chuveiro delicioso. Já fui em vários resorts e achei o Vilage muito bom! Não recomendo o hotel para pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade, pois tem que andar bastante!

Gostei de mais pq e bem assecivel para deficientes. Ameiiii td mesmo. As piscina são bem grandes e bem quentinhos. Comida são maravilhosas, os quartos foi ótimo banheiro adaptado para deficientes. Maravilhosas. Tem também atividades com as crianças q minha filha amouuu. Obg por td
