Chambre détériorer et sale (cheveux et poils dans la douche, poussières, sang sur le papier wc, moisissures et sol pas propre). Je déconseille fortement...surtout que j'ai payer 129€ pour 2 nuits.

Very conviennent from the motorway, good parking (no height restrictions). Two bus routes available nearby to get into town within 15 - 20 mins, (2 euros per adult). Large supermarket a short walk away. Hotel is a bit tired and scuffed but ok.

We were there for just one night and were very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast good.

Le chauffage fonctionne mal. Froid dans la chambre et dans l'hôtel. L'évacuation de l'évier n'était pas possible dans ma chambre. Je n'ai pas signalé. Il y a un bar et une salle de petit-déjeuner. Le restaurant ne proposait pas de dinner lors de mon passage (hiver). Parking facile, extérieur ou intérieur. Le personnel fait ce qu'il peut. Je passerai mon tour la prochaine fois

Transit d'une nuit, mais je n'y retournerais pas. Quand on rentre ça sent les égouts, ils m'ont fait payer 7,5€ pour mon bichon, du jamais vu ! Je n'ai jamais payé ça ! La clim ne fonctionnait pas, on a crevée de chaud, une nuit d'enfer. En revanche le petit dej, super ! Varié, bons produits.

A ignorer purement et simplement. Je ne connais pas POITIERS. J'ai fait un mauvais choix, il faut bien que cela arrive. C'est la première fois que je suis déçue chez IBIS. Dommage. Je continuerai à faire confiance à IBIS mais je serai plus vigilante, à l'avenir.

Points Positifs : Accueil / propreté des chambres impeccable / Mesures d'hygiène des femmes de ménage , toutes porteuses de charlottes et de masques de protection / possibilité de garage individuel pour la voiture supplément de 8 € / Calme de l'hôtel et de l'environnement pourtant à proximité immédiate de barres d'immeuble . Points négatifs : Extérieurs de l'hôtel mériteraient un rafraichissement / absence de barrière pour le parking auto / emplacement de l’Hôtel, 15 minutes en voiture du centre ville ...
