We had such a great time here before and after trekking. The staff was so helpful and rooms were really clean. They greeting us every time we walked through the doors and also helped drive us to activities in Pokhara. Also, only a few steps from many restaurants and shopping. We really appreciated the toilet paper, hot shower, and AC after the trek!!

It’s really a fantastic and amazing stay in Pokhara. I am in love with this city, people, culture and food 🥗. I greatly love services rendered by Crystal Palace Hotel, hotel staff are highly professional. Rooms are clean n hygiene and they serve delicious breakfast. This hotel is situated right in the middle of city and all restaurants, shopping places are at walkable distance. I will definitely come again to Pokhara and stay in the Crystal Palace Hotel. it’s become my favourite ❤️ A Big Big Thank You and Namasthe Pokhara to Crystal Palace Hotel🙏🏼

It was a sudden plan to Pokhara but still we stayed in Crystal Palace such a wonderful people .. spacious Room, walkable distance to the Lake is an additional Dhamaka, Good Hospitality, Food was super yummy can get excellent Milk Tea on request.. Totally our trip was so memorable and Crystal Palace had taken care well and can a get guidance if u r new to this place they will help . We requested for cars, tourist guide and for many activities like Bungy Jumnping, Sky Cycling, Bungy Swing,Hot Air Baloon, Sarangot Sunrise view , Phewa Lake Mahaarathi, Stupa, Bhumdikot Shivji, etc.. A big Thanks to you Guys If anyone plan Pokhara Crystal Palace do give a call in advance for arrangements ..

Wonderful place to stay, Hotel was so clean, rooms were very good and staff was vert friendly. We travelled as a family and everything was organized, both ramesh and ravi were on top of everything. Everyone would love staying.

In the center of lakeside, 2minute walk to the main street and the lake with all the shops, bars and restaurants.
Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bottled water in the room and replaced on request. Room cleaning available daily if you want.
Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They arranged our taxi to chitwan for us.
Breakfast was basic but a good start to the day. We loved pokhara and would definitely stay at the crystal Palace again and recommend to others

Great place to land after a month trekking. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was also great. The staff was super nice. A big plus was the laundry service, which was fast and absolutely excellent for an amazing price. Will be back!

I stayed 3 days in Hôtel Crystal Palace in May, 2023. Very good hotel to stay in Pokhara near Phewa Lake. Their all staff and owner behavior was very good. Food & hotel environment was also very good. So, I highly recommend this hotel if anyone want to stay in Pokhara.

This is not my first stay at the fabulous Crystal Palace.. however after my recent stay I had to again say how perfect this hotel is! The staff are as friendly and helpful as always...and the rooms are as luxurious as ever! Comfortable beds... beautiful bathroom..and amazing views from the private balcony! With tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge.. reliable wifi and beautiful breakfast included it ticks every box! With very reasonable roommates you get million dollar luxury!!!! Thanks for the peaceful and enjoyable stay Crystal Palace!
