On this serene plot of 4,000 square meters tucked away in the mountains outside Pollensa, be the master of your own holiday. A glistening private, saltwater pool (6m x 12m, 0.6, to 1.8m in depth) reflects the beaming sun as sun loungers provide a place to dry off after an afternoon swim. Prep a poolside snack in your covered kitchen area with outdoor dining facilities like a barbecue and dining table.
The 300-square-meter villa features everything you would find at home including akitchen suite with terrace access anda walk-in utility room; abreakfast area; alarge dining room/lounge with two sets of glass double doors that lead out onto the rear terrace; and a guest toilet. The ground floor also features a twin bedroom (two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom anddouble doors leading out into the garden.
