Rozczarowany strefą Spa: przepełnienie, łaźnia parowa nieczynna, łaźnia na podczerwień nie działała prawidłowo... zbyt chłodno, pomieszczenie solne też nieczynne... Proszę uważać na pleśń w łazience... Oświetlenie szlafrok wygląda jak wykonany własnoręcznie, lampka miga i słychać dźwięk prądu... nie wydaje się to bezpieczne. Kurz na telefonie i meblach, brudny odpływ w łazience - pełen włosów; plamki nad lampą obok tyle łóżka; popękane płytki na balkonie;
Pokój jest przestronny, śniadanie: szeroki wybór wysokiej jakości produktów, kącik wegański. Kolacja jest podstawowa, ale jest w porządku. Kelnerzy byli bardzo mili.

Starzenie się, niewygodne łóżka, śniadanie jak na rzekomy 5* (właściwe byłoby 3*) hotel niegodny, dania ciepłe (jajka, szynka, kiełbaski itp.) wszystko zimne, jednorazowy wybór pieczywa itp.
Aby dostać świeży wschodni sok lub dobrą kawę, trzeba samemu udać się do baru po zawyżonych cenach.
raz i nigdy więcej w tym hotelu.

Położony praktycznie przy samej plaży (dojście kładką nad ulicą). Duże, wygodne pokoje, widok na morze. Na parterze restauracja (bardzo dobre desery i kawa). Duży basen zewnętrzny, basen kryty w centrum spa i fajnymi atrakcjami. Ogólnie - bardzo fajne miejsce na tydzień wakacji i zwiedzanie okolicy.

Mało fałszywych notatek bezkonkurencyjna cena zimą przestronne i komfortowe pokoje jedyne w świecie SPA bardzo dobre posiłki w formie bufetu. jednak unikaj weekendów, hotel jest zatłoczony nawet zimą, trochę zbyt rygorystycznie, jeśli chodzi o przepisy

False advertising that this is a 5 star hotel. More like a 2 star hotel by North American standards. The hotel is in such disrepair- wallpaper peeling in the hallways, lamp shades broken in the bed room, stained carpet, pillows that appear to be from the Soviet era. The worst thing about it is that the staff don’t care - when I requested different pillows I was told they would be replaced with exactly the same thing. Sure, in the distance you can see the Black Sea, but it’s far from being on the beach (you have to cross a road and parking lot.).

The hotel is big, but it has not been renovated for a long time. Many things are old, rusty. The robes are not replaced, and they are also rather shabby looking. The water in the pools is dirty and in the winter season they are not enough. And past the various facilities, you step into water, which is wiped quite rarely. The lifeguard is the person who distributes the towels in the spa. You pay in advance for the hotel upon arrival. Only the food is nice and varied and they have chefs who prepare pasta and roast meat on site.

First night room should not have been checked in. TV, phone, AC did not work. Arm on chair broke. Next day phone replaced and tv replaced smallest TV in any hotel. I’m here for two weeks :( one more thing, the safe is too small for our laptops. The website says five stars but the quality is not there. I expected more. Still have not heard back from the GM. I would think the Front Desk Manager would have compensated our first night stay of 10 night but she did not. The people are very nice and I don’t blame them. I think it’s a training issue. Our room was not up to standards for a one star hotel. Nice view though……
