The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast buffets were great and the pool looked really nice. The location of the hotel is on top of a windy and narrow road....there is really nothing to do there and going out for dinner means driving back up the road in the dark which is not an appealing prospect. The golf course attached had a nice little restaurant with friendly staff. It's a place for a couple of night stay over. I was disappointed that they wouldn't honour the cheaper room price from another provider....I always books directly with the hotel as it's always the best price....not in this case. The price is a bit high.

hotel ideally located, view on the Mediterranean, comfortable room (good bedding), we took advantage of the swimming pool, few people at this time of year. Pleasant breakfast on the terrace. Special mention for the night concierge (gracie per le café).

Hotel avec piscine et golf très bien entretenu. Personnel très correct. chambre de luxe rénové et surclassé avec booking, avec terrasse et baignoire petit déjeuner excellent, très complet Je suis très satisfaite de cette hôtel et j’y retournerai certainement

* Cadre sympa mais route fastidieuse pour y arriver. * Le petit déjeuner continental est très correct, œufs au plat à la demande. * L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine mais la qualité de l'eau est déplorable, on ne voit pas à 2 mètres. * En vacances, je regarde très peu la TV mais quand même, aucune chaine en français sur les centaines de chaines Italiennes. * La climatisation est d'une autre époque, elle est au sol et de ce fait assez bruyante.

Lieu à éviter. Logé en chambre Deluxe juste l intitulé car n'égale pas une chambre 2 étoiles. Pas d’armoire de rangement pour les vêtements, juste une grande barre avec 4 cintres pour suspendre les vêtements, un caisson de 100cmx50cm. Petite douche 80cmx80cm Mini bar vide fonctionnant très mal. Aucune boisson mise à disposition, pas de bouilloire ni de cafetière à disposition. Pas de volet, ni de rideaux occultants au niveau de la baie vitrée de la chambre (réveil dès le levé du jour). Climatisation non adaptée au volume de la chambre. Pas de chaînes TV françaises Propreté générale de la chambre et de la terrasse très médiocre à notre arrivée. Salle de sport sur un patio. 6 machines désuètes en plein soleil, poussiéreuses et non entretenues. Piscine : eau sale, contours sale, terrasses non entretenues. Chiens autorisés au niveau de cette dernière : aboiements ….. Implantation de l’hôtel : au sommet d’une colline entouré de routes sinueuses. Pour y accéder des pentes à 20%. Obligation d’utiliser son véhicule car très dangereux de circuler à pied (routes très étroites et pas de trottoir). Il faut compter environ 10 à 15 min pour se rentre au premier supermarché en véhicule. Pour conclure, hôtel très mal entretenu, un amas de bacs de poubelles débordants à l’extérieur visible. Accès aux locaux techniques …… sans aucun problème donc vigilance pour les enfants.

Quel vilain lieu , qui n as de resort que le nom . Perdu après une route sinueuse à 15 mn des plages . Pas d accueil on vous aboie que le check In est à 16 h . Il semblerait que manger à la réception soit normal pour recevoir des GUESTS . Junior suite moche et sale . Taches sur la table du balcon. Et saletés dans les coins . Clim ancienne et bruyante si vous voulez dormir c est raté , Donnant sur le golf parking autoroute . Douche Cabine très petite . Mini bar vide même pas une bouteille d eau à l arrivée . Petit déjeuner médiocre , produits de mauvaise qualités , terrasse pas débarrassée il manque les couverts . Dans l’ensemble ce lieu est quand même bien laissé en état de décrépitude . Assez sale de partout . Navrant de rater ses vacances à cause d établissement comme ça .

Accueil limite insultant de la part de Lucia ! Chambre sale, draps troués, sèche cheveux cassé, clim hyper bruyante qui ne refroidit rien, piscine trouble avec beaucoup d’enfants qui hurlent abords de l’hotel très secs pas entretenus, cet hotel ne mérite plus ses 4 étoiles nous avions réservé 4 jours nous sommes partis après la première nuit tant c’était insupportable ils ont essaye de nous retenir en nous soi disant surclassant mais nous sommes partis ailleurs ! Les photos ne sont pas représentatives l’hotel n’est plus comme ça depuis bien longtemps ! Plus jamais ! hotel à fuir passez votre chemin

Das Hotel ist großartig. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Rundherum gibt es atemberaubende Natur und ein sehr interessantes altes und schönes Dorf in der Nähe. Das Hotel befindet sich in den Bergen und ist über die Strada Provinciale zu erreichen. Auf keinen Fall sollte man über Taggia und die Brücke des 25. April fahren, denn diesen Fehler machen viele. Sehr saubere, komfortable Zimmer. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden ständig gewechselt. Das Frühstück war super. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Barkeeper war fantastisch und sehr zu Scherzen aufgelegt. Die Mitarbeiterinen am Empfang sind großartig, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit vielen Erklärungen, auch wenn man es ein paar Mal machen muss. Tolles Personal im Restaurant. Alles war großartig. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen, wenn möglich. Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort. Mein herzlicher Dank gilt dem Personal. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang sind großartig

L'hotel nous a laissé profiter de la piscine le temps d'attendre que le check in ouvre. 16h c'est d'ailleurs un peu tard mais admettons. L'enregistrement qui a duré littéralement 1h et qui a été réalisé par une hotesse très désagréable qui nous a donné un appartement à l'autre bout du complexe alors qu'il y en avait des libres plus près. Lorsque nous avons enfin pu nous installer, affaires débarrés, nous avons voulu mettre la clim. Or, la clim ne fonctionnait pas. Un agent de maintenance a été envoyé 30 min plus tard. Ce dernier n'a rien pu faire et nous a laissé planté la. Après plusieurs appels, la réception nous a dit de revenir pour récupérer les clefs d'une autre chambre. Encore de l'attente. Pas d'excuse pas de geste commercial alors que nous avions un bébé qui ne pouvait pas dormir puisque nous devions déménager de chambre. Aucune explication sur la localisation de la 2eme chambre. Finalement une fois de nouveau installé, là nous avons pu profiter pleinement de cet hotel. Situé à 10min en voiture de villages avec des commerces et des restaurants. Heureusement car sur place pas de restauration le soir possible.. Des serveurs au club house très désagréables.
En bref, heureusement que l'hotel a une piscine et que les appartements sont grands car sans ça je vous déconseille vivement cet endroit.
