Disappointing stay during September 2022 given the previous feedback & ratings. Although I was impressed by the reception and housekeeping staff who were approachable & friendly. Our main problem was that the door to our room was very difficult to open, there is a problem with the locking mechanism / door frame that we reported on day one but was never fixed. This aligns with a general lack of visible maintenance in the gardens. Otherwise; Good breakfast, although when busy they are clearly understaffed as tables were uncleared and key items of crockery, coffee cups, became unavailable. Location is good if you are fit enough to manage the uneven steps and subsequent climb back up, which thankfully we were. There was litttle atmosphere in the public areas and it all shuts at 21:30 and no restaurant on a Sunday. Pont Aven village is livlier.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of our '2-bedroom apartment': in fact, a substantial end-of-terrace house in a a newish development of 20 or more alongside the smartly-presented hotel; clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We didn't use any of the hotel facilities, and some of the rules for the house were rather complex, including an unnecessarily thorough inventory process. We appreciated the easy access (yes, steps a bit steep) to the lively town below; access by car is rather more convoluted. It's true that the gardens around the houses could have been better cared for, but it's still a pleasant environment. Overall recommended as a self-catering option in an attractive well-served location, with the reassurance of a hotel reception close by.

Problème avec la porte d'entrée dans l'appartement Problème de fourmis à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'appartement Problème d'humidité sur les murs de la chambre Le problème des fourmis à été traité et résolu par votre équipe Problème pour trouver la location, l'adresse n'était pas bonne..... (Rue saint guenole et non rue guenole ) le GPS de la voiture n'a pas trouvé il a fallut s'adresser à une supérette pour avoir la véritable adresse de GOELIA. Je n'oublie pas non plus le chèque de réservation ainsi que la fiche de réservation déchirés, je trouve cela bien dommage !!

Nous venons de Bavière/Allemagne. Chaque année, nous venons en Bretagne pendant 2-3 semaines et profitons du paysage magnifique, de la côte et surtout de la gastronomie. Cette fois, nous étions dans la ville d'artistes de Pont-Aven. Un point de départ idéal pour explorer les environs.

La résidence est très bien ; mention spéciale pour le personnel très accueillant et agréable ; appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé et joliment décoré ; literie parfaite. La piscine était chauffée confort (Extra). En plus de ces petits confort, nous avons apprécié les visites et balades à vélos dans cette belle région. C'est avec plaisir que nous y reviendrons.

objectivement excellent rapport qualité prix, la résidence est agréable autant que le ou les gérants, il est à noter que nous étions dans 25 m2 avec une kitchenette à utiliser uniquement pour le petit déjeuner, sinon il y a de bons restaurants à proximité ayant un bon rapport qualité prix, Il y a bien entendu des espaces de vie beaucoup plus grand en fonction du nombre de personnes que l'on est. le personnel est agréable, accueillant et chaleureux. Sinon vous pouvez prendre le petit déjeuner sur place, la literie est bonne, les commodités sont vastes et la piscine et le sauna vous attendent en cas de pluie, ily a un grand parking.

Je garde un très bon souvenir de mon séjour . J'y suis allée avec mari et enfants .La résidence est proche du centre ville de Pont aven qui vaut vraiment détour. Elle est vraiment très bien équipée. En plus Le lieu est calme et arboré. L'accueil était super. Merci pour ce bon séjour. 😊

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : résidence calme, propre, bien située avec un petit chemin piéton pour aller à Pont Avon, et le gérant est sympathique, discret et très disponible. Pour le plaisir des yeux, la région est tout simplement magnifique. Les chemins côtiers sont très agréables à faire, l'océan, les falaises, les paysages sont grandioses. Merci pour l'accueil ...top Goelia de Pont Aven.
