My son lost his phone on the boat getting to the island, and the front desk staff was very helpful to make calls and assist us to retrieve it.

beautiful room with a view on the sea; Wonderful pool and excellent service. I warmly recommand the hotel close to the main village where can be found a lot of restaurants and shops of all kind. Nice spots also om the other side of the island for swimmimg...The best is to stay a few days to visit the island and enjoy the sea.

This hotel was really lovely with a proper authentic Italian feel. The views over the port and the sea were out fo this world and absolutely breathtaking to wake up to. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Location wise, the hotel is in a lovely elevated position very close to the port but not for the faint hearted when it comes to the steep climb to its entrance from the waters edge.

This hotel is beautiful. A lovely, clean lobby greets you. The rooms are clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The view from our economy sea view was SPECTACULAR.
Very centrally located from the pier.
Great experience. Friendly staff.

Some people must have been luckier then us but we had a Small room with no view, minute bathroom, shoddy furniture, no curtains, no minibar, no charm and no restaurant , certainly not a four star hotel standard. In addition you may not access the hotel with a rented scooter so you have to walk . Staff is kind but it’s just not good enough

Personale cortesissimo, hotel pulito, terrazza per colazione e aperitivo, meravigliosa e con vista mozzafiato. L'albergo è posizionato in modo perfetto rispetto al centro, raggiungibile in modo facile e veloce.

Siamo state benissimo, il personale dell'Hotel efficienti e sempre disponibili. Solo un piccolo appunto: i cuscini! uno troppo "ciccio" e l'altro "superslim" (ma vista spettacolare e garbo del personale del bar, vincono a mani basse).
