Filthy pool, not just the water, late growing on liner, filthy windows, sticky bedroom floor and poorly trained stafff-not their fault, subpar experience.
Bedroom door locked sporadically. Was told “we got ya,” and there was nobody on to fix the problem.
Cakkedy customer service, given link to file complaint, I did so succinctly and without blame. My mail bounced.
What do you suggest I do next? Alerted your about 60th birthday, was accused of trying to steal a beer when the real problem was no cash drawer. Regardless, I tipped bar, desk and driver.
Unsatisfactory. Please reply.
