Disappointed the reason I booked this hotel is that they had a hot tub/Jacuzzi by the pool. When I arrived that discovered the hot tub was not working. This is the second time this has occurred. I doubt I will book again in the future.

Great spot to stop. Love free brrakfast and dinner while traveling. Spa was broken but nice indoor and outdoor pool. Beds comfortble.

I was told I needed a card for incidentals,ok no problem. There was no lock on bathroom door and no fan that worked in the bathroom. Again not that big of deal. Today I check my credit card there is a $187 charge pending. I call the hotel theu tell me to call back in the morning. There is nothing they can do??

We stayed at this Drury Inn both coming and going from our vacation to South Padre. We are truly impressed with how friendly everyone was. They sent out of their way to make us feel welcome. The managers special and breakfast are very nice. It was a great place to stay twice! Good job, Poplar Bluff!

While staying at this property i had a bad run in with the manager i believe he name was Julie.. She was rude and being very condescending towards my cousin and I, all because we didn't know we had to sign a pool waiver in order to have access to the pool. That was never told to us while checking in, besides having to deal with her, my stay was great!

to noisy this stay, we could hear the family in the unit. kids crying and screaming and the parents were louder than the kids.they had two rooms,one across the hall from each other, so they were in the hall a lot..
I didn't realize how that place didn't have sound insulation

The housekeeper was really nice but checking in they increased the price of the rooms hopefully when we check out they will give us what you guys said it would be

Some guests were rude, but the staff dealt with it very well, and as a result, we had a great stay, regardless. Love this place! Every single employee has a commitment to excellence and service.

We were extremely happy with everything about this Drury... the hotel is kept exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly and helpful... we were pleasantly surprised....
