A beautiful relaxing hotel Well laid out gardens Several swimming pools including over 18 pool Gym sauna Stretching classes for adults Kids club plus kids playground plus izzy the bear Crazy golf and nighthly entertainment Beautiful food buffet with ample choice A la Carte restaurants on first floor paid separately open at nightime Ensuite rooms all with balcony are spacious and cleaned daily Staff are very person centered courteous and helpful Room service option available Conviently located ☆☆☆☆☆ hotel providing a very peaceful setting for a perfect relaxing holiday

I have stayed here for the last 2 years first alway with myself too get ready for 312 bike ride and then my family join me a few days before the event. The staff are first class and really look after us as it always my daughters birthday when we stay she always get a cake and made to feel special and they always look after us i would not stay anywhere else when doing the Mallorca 312 The bike garage is first class with everything you need for a cyclist free water food and equipment to look after you bike. The food is 5 star lots of restaurants to choose from and amazing breakfast I would always choose this hotel when coming to Mallorca for the 312 Thanks for the services always feel special when staying with you

Clean, great breakfast, children pool was terrific for our 1,5year old boy. May was perfekt weather also. Loved everything!

Take a room with jacuzzi and you'll be happy! Breakfast is one of the best on the world, well worth it.

This was good. Very good hotel, services, location. Room were clean. Children pool was great! Food was good but drinks didn’t including to dinner.

nice location of the hotel close to the harbour and marina. there was good shopping possibilitys and many resataurants and stores to choose from.

Wouldn’t bother if I’m being honest terrible food terrible service, poor cleaners and dirty pools kids all got rashes from the water never once seen staff check the ph of pools

There were a few concerns within the first 2 days and then we received a survey to assess our satisfaction. We were contacted by the Guest Relations Rep, Daniele, and discussed our issues. Within 24 hours, our experience turned into a 5 star experience from service in all areas of the resort: restaurant, spa, animation and reception desk. We really enjoyed our stay as a couple. We stayed between 13- 20 April after Easter break. There were families with little children but overall the resort was very chill and not crowded. We got lucky with a great room with no issues and the location facing the mountains/pool was ideal. Want to give praise to all the Zafiro employees who take pride in their jobs and obviously enjoy working there.
