The room we had was good and spacious overall but I don't think of the price that I paid for was worth the stay. No Gymnasium, the pool was ok except the part where their pool lounges are getting too old and under maintained. Breakfast choices are average but it was still tasted great. Not much tourism yet after covid.

Very Disappointing. Looked old and shabby, but the worst part is that Oaks own website advertises tennis courts as a main feature, alongside the pool, however on arrival were advised there is no tennis court. Turns out they've just let them go derelict (see photo) Incredibly dishonest to advertise something that you don't actually have. https://www.oaks**********/en/oaks-resort-port-douglas
Feel very ripped off. Also breakfast buffet including a coffee is $30+ ? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

노말한 시설의 호텔
시설은 많이 노후되긴 했지만 그래도 가격대비 괜찮은 수영장을 갖고 있습니다. 다만 bar와 pool이 붙어있어 여기저기 맥주캔 쓰레기가 많았고, 술을 마시는 사람들이 풀 안에 술을 다 흘리고 있었습니다...

We really struggled to come to terms with the old soft saggy and dirty matresses, however turning them upside down was an improvement in firmness and hygiene so we managed some decent sleep. Room felt really low budget and old.
We really liked the outdoor space at the hotel with the ponds and plants, also enjoyed the pingpong table in reception, otherwise sorry but we wouldn't stay here again.

First I was checked into a room that had not been cleaned, after having to walk back to reception in the rain I was moved to another room however the only thing that I could say was positive is that the bed was comfortable, the carpet was filthy with stains everywhere, the bathroom was really not good with no face washers or bath mat so rather slippery getting out of the shower, the shower had mold all over the roof and other places, bits of wood missing from around the sink area with exposed particle board, I was offered a bottle of wine after the first room was not cleaned however when delivered it was a warm bottle of sparkling wine all in all rather disappointing and considering I have stayed here on several occasions this will definitely be the last time I will stay here.

The reception staff were not very cooperative and i had to ask for a pool towel and it took 10 minutes to get one. Breakfast was only fair, so overall i would rate my experience at 6
